The room is comfortable and spacious, with a modern design and a nice view. The staff is friendly and courteous. The hotel is conveniently located and reasonably close to the domestic terminal.

I was there transitting through to W.A. plane landed early so i tried early check in. Was told by reception its going to cost $60. I decided not to do it and waited at reception. When I got to my room, noticed that there was hardly anyone on the floor (you can hear doors opening and closing outside and conversations too).. I.e they'd rather keep the room empty and have you waiting at the reception. Also reception is quite confusing, its at the top and there was nothing telling you this is the case. There is an electronic notice but the its nkt showing the floor where reception is. Took me a while to figure it out.

A remarkably narrow doorway on the room.

An excellent location within easy reach of the airport. We were able to park in the street. The room was smart and well equipped. The cost was low due perhaps to a desire to boost customer awareness .

The hotel is located well within walking distance to domestic terminal (roughly 12min walk), The room was clean and comfortable. The penthouse bar was lovely and relaxing. The hotel was surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to the airport.

We stayed here for 3 nights, and everything was good overall. However, on the second night, it was difficult to sleep because the strong wind was hitting the window.

Nice, clean, and easy to check in and out. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to Mascot Station, which provides convenient access to the CBD.

They charged us for checking in early.

Beds comfortable and bar area was nice. They rectified our booking error quickly and easy by email. The shuttle from airport (not free but it was cheap and easy to do). It is charged to your room.

TV apps do not work

Location is very good, reception service was excellent.

The guy in the foodery area was rude when asked if there are any danish pastries - "Danish?" NO!" It was only a simple question. I didn't buy anything then. The TV in the room had not been set-up - still thought it was 2012 - date time wrong, no apps worked - poor in this day and age of technology.

Very close to airport domestic terminal (walking is ok if you have small amount of luggage). Great views of airport - planes and runway. Beds were very comfortable, room was nice and cool in Sydney's humid summer weather. 24hr foodery area was good - prices were comparable to the airport terminal.

Impossible to get a human on the phone inbound. If I had, I would have learned that international airport shuttle did not start until 5am, and I needed to be there at 4.15 am.😳

Air con cannot control the temp

Close to airports can book transfer $15 to airport , bed comfortable air con you cannot control but you can turn off close to McDonalds and kfc

The reception check in area was not displayed well enough, it should be clearly displayed in a bold sign when you walk in front the ground floor entrance

It was great value for money, was in a good location next to the airport, the dining area and bar was great where you could watch the planes taking off, very friendly service as well

Water from the shower flows out covering the bathroom floor and drains poorly (ie: poorly designed drainage system to catch it). I booked 2 twin beds but got a room with a Queen bed. We arrived late at night (around 11pm) and it was midnight before we got into an appropriate room and settled. The shuttle service to the hotel was driven by a man of questionable talent, having to do a 6 point turn at The Novotel to get around the central garden display there, before continuing on to The Citadines. He also repeatedly kept asking customers/ clients, which motel they were going to (he asked us as least 3 times). For $30 (2 passengers), we elected not to use the shuttle service again and caught a taxi the following morning instead. I don't know if the driver was just very tired, impaired in some way, or just a terrible driver, but it was an experience we didn't care to repeat.

The beds were comfortable and the staff member at reception was helpful in changing our room when our bed request had not been fulfilled as booked.

The hotel did not have breakfast facilities, even close to the airport far enough you could not walk there not had the hotel transportation offered.

The rooms were ok - nothing extraordinary, but ok. Good shower and quiet rooms despite of closeness to the airport.
