Unfortunately, the walls and floors here are too thin. You can hear people below you talking, their toilets flushing and their kettles boiling. For that reason we could not stay here again

The location is perfect as it's an easy walk into town. The property is spotless and very comfortable. It was warm upstairs but having the fans available made it very easy to sleep.

Very good, love the place and the location, a bit away from the main street. My only suggestion would be to have a basic microwave, to be able to warm up some food, as the room provides plates, bowls and cutlery, plus dishwashing stuff.

Fabulous location. Allowed to park our car there before check in as we were going to the theatre. Only negative for us was no flyscreens on the windows so on a hot evening couldn't leave the window open, but did have aircon, just not our preference, would certainly stay again

Should have realised the loft apartment (which was lovely) had angled ceilings, so had to be carful not to bump head. Would not suit a tall person (1.8m+)or if you had trouble with steep stairs.

Absolutely the location, for the 3 days we were in Launceston we did not use the car.

Location was amazing. Staff were super helpful and friendly at check in, made us feel welcomed. We had a room upstairs, but felt private. Lovely stay.

Very noisy plumbing from upstairs guests, & city noise (Friday night racers). Bed was quite firm, & settee had saggy seating.

Great CBD location. Accessible to everywhere in Central Launceston.

The room was drab and felt worn and the shower door could not prevent the water seeping out. The extra bed was probably a rollaway bed, the length of it too short for my son.

Can't fault the location at all, which was a short walk to many restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious for three persons, having enough space for full size sofa and coffee table. But the best part was the very pleasant reception staff, who took the trouble to leave the key with a note in an envelope visibly placed when we checked in late. She took the time to chat the next day to make sure we were ok.

Stayed in the Loft Room which was quite roomy and had an amazing view across the city skyline.. All advertised facilities provided, including refrigerator. Location close to the centre of town, in easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Adequate free outdoor, off-street, private car parking provided. Very friendly and helpful management and staff.

The room we had looked nothing like any of the pictures that are posted. It was a little older looking. Could use a towel holder to place your towel to dry or hold while showering.

We got there late...it was a holiday for them and they sent me an email with easy directions..no hassle checking in. They had all the towels/shampoo etc we needed.

Tiny commentary. 1) the entry to the parking area is super narrow and easy to miss at first. It’s on a pretty steep hill. 2) our cold water sink handle was leaking a little, but that happens and I told receptionist about it the following morning so I’m assuming they addressed it. Really the only “issue” we had was the noise insulation is not great so if you’re on the first floor you hear the people above you walking and you hear people outside. It was fine for one night but not sure we would have loved that if we stayed longer.

Very short stay (only one night) but overall this was a nice place to stay. If you’re running late for checkin, as long as you’ve paid for the room just email them and they will send you the access code for the keyless entry door. Comfortable and clean, spacious bathroom, small kitchenette and a small couch if you feel like lounging around. The staff we interacted with in the morning was absolutely lovely! Great for a quick swing by Launceston.
