That the toilet had not been cleaned … and bathroom area was not cleaned well either

It was a bit Noisy and my room was not serviced the whole stay despite agreeing I didn’t need it daily but would like it every second day.

Staff was harrassed and accused of stealing pillows from rooms when I didn't I accidentally took a shampoo bottle and was threatened with a 200$ fine for a 20$ shampoo they reuse with all their guests not changed after each

Toilet brush stunk (you could smell it when you entered bathroom) and it was filthy. Shower was tiny and very fiddly to adjust for hot water. Room wasn't cleaned daily

We told the staff we were going it to breakfast and we were coming back for teeth brushing etc. however when we returned they had stripped our room and had it gutted for cleaning. They did thus before we actually checked out. Unimpressed .

The bed was most uncomfortable. The Bathroom area was rather antiquated and the shower base was quite slippery

The proximity tp the town centre was a bonus, i.e near to eating places, etc Good off street parking. Easy to find. Good for an overnight stay.(only)

The beds were very hard , did not sleep well at all.The local teenagers hung around the back of closed kfc next door for hours into the night and were very disruptive and loud. Could also hear all movement through walls walking, beds and furniture movement into the late night

The room didn't feel secure. I seemed to have some trouble with keeping the room locked with very old fashioned locks. I suggest you update this.

It is an old property. If your room has carport it's old and worn. Lots of ants in room - huge crack in shower floor. Bedside lamps are temperamental. Some coffees offered had expired in August last year. Very thin walls.

Great that there were various room configurations to choose from. Location was very good.

The room smelt like it had been smoked in and the rack in the shower was positioned in such a way that the shower wouldn’t turn on. We just moved it. The hotel is on a road that has many trucks also and they like using their loud brakes all night!

I liked that they accommodated our late arrival, that the appliances were good, there was tea, coffee, cookies and water, and there was a big bottle of good toiletries.

There was works going on early in the morning. I was coming off a night shift and got woken up to a door knock saying the power is going to be off for 5 minutes.

A very OLD motel with extremely small rooms, an entrance door that was jamming due to it needing either planning down, an a lock that was about to fall off. OLD OLD air con above the door,an a gap above the door that you can see daylight through. The road traffic was horrendous and large trucks etc never stopped running all through the night. Definately not worth the money being charged. Dont be fooled by the clever photography.

My partner was very sick by the time we got to the hotel so our stay could have been better and we didn’t use any of the facilities but that is obviously no fault of the hotel

There was no milk for the coffee tea and biscuits no breakfast menue no tissues no electric blankets as it is the middle of winter and had to use our own account to watch netflix

I expected traffic noise but the constant humming of the adjoining rooms heaters going all night kept me awake... No seal around door I didn't know where to leave key I asked the owner he grunted and pointed toward reception, not friendly at all

The heater did not work well, very noisy. There was no soap in the bathroom for the shower. The TV kept dropping out or not receiving a signal. The wifi did not work. The main door did not close properly as it’s as not sitting properly on its hinges and the wind kept blowing it all night making it noisy. There was no power point to plug the side table lamp into. We had to use the spare blanket to get some warmth whilst we slept.
