Honesty would be good . Telling people the exact name of the property. Not fresh and beautiful. Our smoke alarms went of and there was no one to assist you . We had to take them down to stop them and when I contacted green hill no response either by phone or email. Unit was lovely how ever I would remove the carpet square you had to vacuum twice a day. The fluff was everywhere. Although it m8ght have looked nice not practical. Next time 2 fobs keys would be handy when you have 4 people staying you are limited on access. Chairs and lounge furniture were very uncomfortable to sit on.

The noise from the busy road starts around 4.30am during weekdays so coupled with only blinds on the windows (no curtains) which allows the early morning light into the room, we were awake very early every day.

Location is excellent - close to just about anything and anywhere you wish to go. Very clean and provided everything you need by way of toiletries and basic supplies. The proximity to the airport is not an issue with regards to noise.

Beds were a bit soft. Street noise at night was intrusive.

Apartment was large and well appointed. Bar and restaurant were good value. Pool was heated and the grounds well maintained.

It’s facing the road and traffic is really noisy. Would be better if the doors were double glazed to block out the noise. I slept with ear plugs in.

Really nice place with top range appliances. Pool is heated. Restaurant was nice.

The pool was heated, which would be great in winter. However, it would be best if it was turned down a bit in summer. The main bedroom only has a ceiling fan, so the loungeroom air-conditioning was on all night to get some cool air into the room. We were visiting during a hot summer, so it may not be an issue at other times. The hallways in our block hadn't been cleaned while we were there for 5 days, so it could do with a clean.

This room is beautifully styled. It feels lovely to be in. There is plenty of space for 2 adults, 2 kids. The location to the patrolled surf beach is awesome. The restaurant serves delicious food and drink. The pool area is lovely with lounges, etc. There are bikes, boards, shade covers, and pool towels that can be hired. Cuba Street Coffee is across the road, which is delicious, and there are a few good takeaways across the street. There are great bike ways, walking paths to Marcoola Surf club, etc. The airport is right across the road. However, it is quiet, and the balcony is great for watching the planes take off. The kids loved it.

The view was not very nice. The terrace is not really usable since the air condition is there and it makes it imposibly hot, so most of the time is inside. It was still nice and clean.

A little bit far from CBD. We had to check in ourselves. Need to walk to get the fob key from inside the room then we can drive in the car park. Need to take out rubbish ourselves and washed the dishes. it would be nice if we can just check out. No need to worry about those things. it would make use more comfortable to stay.

Love the short walk to the beach. it’s convenient as it has restaurant on property. It provides baby stuff in the room. although we didn’t use them but very thoughtful for families with babies.

Property was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It was beautifully styled and felt very luxurious but still family friendly.

The location wasn’t great - there is a lot of noise from the busy road outside. There is aircon in the living space, however, not in the bedrooms which isn’t ideal over the summer period.

The owners have obviously gone to significant extent to make the unit as comfortable and well-equipped as possible.

The location was not great. Not much choice for places to eat. The view wasn’t great. The noise from the road was quite off putting. The outside and inside couch could do with some serious upholstery cleaning it is so badly stained and quite unappealing to sit on. Definitely not worth what we spent a night.

The only thing I would recommend, is the property supply more blankets for colder nights. But otherwise we had a great stay.

The property was beautifully renovated and very clean. The facilities were perfect for a family of four. Close to the beach and the use of facilities were perfect!
