Dishwasher was not working. All handsoaps, body wash and shampoo/conditioner were empty. Wet linen in the washing machine on arrival.

Amenities were great, kids loved the pool. Views were amazing! (City, river and pool) Very quiet and relaxing. Cafe onsite was convenient. Value for money.

The plants were dying inside the unit… and not many options for parking (blue dots) and the underground parking was gross… could definitely do with a clean.

We had an apartment overlooking car park and an adjacent apartment complex. The photo of the complex suggested that it was sorounded by water. Best to ask for an apartment with water views.

On arrival we had a room that was totally unfit for purpose with filthy carpets and sofas, old fridge. It completely upset our visit impression. After pushing determinedly our room was changed and it was very nice. Inferior rooms should not be offered at the prices charged.

The location was excellent as it was walking distance near all the activities but quiet. The views were excellent.

The mattress was on of the worst I ever had, it’s seems to be a really old model, very soft and lying on it felt lying inside a hole. For the price they charge, it could be a good quality one.

Location is excellent, near a tram and restaurants. Easy access to all the other places.

No smoking facilities too busy concerned of complaints from other tenants. Going down No allocated area. Annoyed had to technically walk offsite down the road! They need to have designated area.

Was a bit dirty. The curtains were faded yellow and stained, stains everywhere on the carpet in the bedrooms and there was mould on the table outside.

No door between ensuite and main bathroom. Carparking was a little tight.

Spacious 2x bedroom apartment that was clean and well-equipped. Lovely views and it was quiet and easy to get to.

King size bed would have been better, and wooden bed squeaked every time we moved , bed head about to fall off , another 2 seater lounge would have been more comfortable seating

Nothing much. They were fixing the building’s air conditioning for the first 2 days. So it was very hot and humid staying in the apartment in the first 2 nights. Also, on booking it did mention a welcome breakfast basket? We didn’t get anything.

Great location. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Easy check in process and parking was included. Lovely view of the pool and the river.

Great place to stay, excellent location, close to supermarket and shops, Casino, all in easy walking distance. Parking was great, undercover and the resort has a lovely pool area. One bedroom apartment was roomy and very clean. Quiet location.
