There are plenty of stairs. It has shared bathrooms but that was expected and they were clean.

The staff were very friendly. The room was tidy and comfortable for a budget stay. The onsite bistro has good choices and I recommend the pizzas.

The shared bathrooms

The room was small but very clean as was the entire hotel. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The locals were great. The vibe of the place was exceptional. We stayed on Thursday night and they had a local raffle ( spin the pig) very funny! We won a meat tray with the free tickets given upon drink purchase. The hotel even provided pizza and garlic bread for the customers in the bar.. We had a great stay! Will definitely return ..

Nothing. There are no lifts in the hotel. This was not a problem for us as we all enjoyed the exercise after driving.

We choose the location because it was a 4.30-hour drive from Toowoomba. I was travelling with my daughter and her 23-month-old twins. We needed two bedrooms as the twins have been practicing being two-year-olds a month in advance (the terrible twos!). The beds were super comfortable, and both my daughter and I had a great night's sleep. The window above the door shone just a slight amount of light into our rooms and this was helpful in settling my granddaughter. We able to get adjoining rooms that were close to the stairs and not far from the toilet and shower. Showering twins is a two-person activity. We all enjoyed dinner because we sat outside and after the twins had eaten, they took to the playground. There were older children there who voiced their opinion about having toddlers in the playground, but they were so considerate (thank you to the parents). We able to order the Tradie luncheon for $10 - absolutely delicious burger and the chips were so tasty (I rarely eat chips but managed to eat most of them). They advertised this meal deal with conditions and when I enquired, they said that we could absolutely order it (order before 5pm). Staff were friendly.

The bathrooms were poor, the kitchen is in the worst condition I’ve ever seen in the whole 8 years I’ve been going to that pub.

We didn’t have breakfast but did appreciate the available cereal selection and amenities.

Just to be aware of: Entry to rooms outside of pub hours was very steep and long set of stairs, which made us have to cancel reservation due to some mobility issues. 2 bathrooms for all guests to share.

Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Very clean rooms, dining and outdoor areas. When we had trouble staying due to mobility issues, the staff were very understanding.

No salt, no tea towel in the kitchen. Smart TV could be smarter.

The room was more than adequate; fridge, microwave, kettle, A/C, queen bed, desk space. All rooms have shared bathroom facilities at either end of the corridor, plus full kitchen. Very quiet and comfortable.

Can be a little noisy some nights but by 10pm it does down.

Close proximity to work and easy access. Restaurant downstairs does a good steak. Kitchen area has all that is needed as well as milk in the fridge, sufficient parking at the back of the property. Clean towels available daily.
