Being unaware of nobody is in attendance. The indications on office doors was out of date.

Could have information on where to go. On the last morning I discovered a number of places with in 300 meters.

No foxtel or Netflix. Tv to small. Poor lighting in the room. There are no lights over beds to read. Wasn't allowed to use the laundry during my 7 nights stay there.

The carparks did not allow for me to park my car & I damaged part of my tray due to the low height of the car parking spaces. There was no fans within the room which made the temperature very uncomfortable. I had to move the bed so that I could sleep comfortably under the aircon

There was a police officer visiting to check if we saw a girl. We feel it is an unsafe place. The facilities are old. The lighting in one room is not working.

The guy at reception was… interesting. We didn’t get our room cleaned everyday, just didn’t need it. We used all the tea in the room. When we went to ask for more, he told us, “No. there is enough in your room. You don’t need anymore.”

The pool was great for the kids. The location was great for us.

Cockroach in the side draw alive, mold in the shower, rust showing through paint in ceiling in bathroom, loud music from a venue close by until after midnight, swimming pool water was cloudy, not very inviting, the curtains do not go 100% across the big glass sliding door so people can see in if they so wanted to while sleeping, holes in the door, ac was very average probably needs a service.

beds pretty comphy and the shower head was fantastic, easy check in and out, central location.

Very tired rooms and needs an update. Water pressure in bathroom sink almost non existent.Stains in the carpet. Very poor lighting in room.Very basic room. Lucky it was only $90 for the night.

I was allocated a room on the ground floor of a wing that was close to traffic noise. At night upstairs above me was noisy while i was trying to get sleep. It seems the managers family lived above my room! Could hear noisy activity ...dragging chairs around a wooden floor various talking , music etc. other noises. Although motel seemed fairly empty. Next time I expect more consideration!

The pipes were very noisy. We waited around for a while, as the office was closed - at 4.45 pm.

Microwave, toaster, crockery, cutlery, clean. Near shops with restaurants.

Lot of traffic noise and could hear people upstairs. Pillows uncomfortable.

Close to hotel for a meal. Bed was comfortable. We had plates and cutlery which you don’t always get. The shower was good.

It was not clean. Shower needed a good scrub, and the floor/carpet felt filthy. One thin sheet on the bed and heater/AC didn't work properly.

For money the room itself was fine but the blankets had make-up or something on the blankets, Tv batteries were flat. Nice view from room.at night. Easy access and exit.

No servicing to the room over 4 days, Internet fair, no streaming channels or apps on tv I connected my own, fridge freezer frozen over, aircon noisy.

Needs updating but good value just for an over nighter , wouldn’t stay as a holiday

Reception not open at 3.00pm when we arrived. Rang number on door & it rang out, tried again & got someone who explained what we had to do to get our key. Also informed us that a text had been sent, which we had missed. If staying here always check your messages.

My father in law went to premises to book 2 rooms for his siblings to come and stay for his wife's funeral only to be told they had no rooms left. We got on to booking.com and were able to secure 2 rooms ( which I think was weird) we had to leave credit card details for the rooms but the siblings were going to pay once they got there. Nobody was ever in reception to do this the 3 days they were there, payment was taken by credit card. One of the siblings ( female) had a fall at the premises and split her head and was taken to hospital and missed the funeral.
