I liked the small but spacious setting , included everything you need for a short stay.

Possums banging on the roof in the middle of the night. Oven and microwave light too bright for the small space. Front door lock was difficult to close.

The villa has access to indoor & outdoor pool & hot tub which we did not have time to use but looked good. Both the saunas were broken. It is in good location only 15 min drive to Penguin parade & Nobbies. There was an issue with the front door lock and the owner attended quickly to remedy.

Large property with nicely decorated comfortable bedroom, lounge and kitchen/diner. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen & the availability of washing machine & dryer was really appreciated. We enjoyed sitting on the rear verandah.

The hosts were non responsive. The most egregious was that the door was unlocked when we arrived, not for us, but because the lock didn’t work. We couldn’t leave without locking our valuables in our car because we had to leave it open when we left. Several times we tried to contact them, but no response. There were other things like a leaky toilet. Odd that such a nice place had no one responsive to guests. When we checked out, we had to leave it open, likely how the last guest had left it for us.

Great location, loved the individual cabanas and short distance to the beach towns, surrounded by wildlife.

The supplies were the one issue. Not enough for four days so we had to buy soap and shampoo. We would have liked to not do this as we are travelling .

Lovely property, it came with everything we could possibly want for a family. Even had new colouring books and pencils. We felt instantly relaxed.

Would have loved to be able to more easily access the powerpoints behind the bedhead in the third bedroom. We had to pull the bed out so we could move the bedhead in order to plug our chargers in. We also couldn't access the HDMI port on the main TV which was a minor annoyance. The only other issue was that the windows in the main bedroom didn't close properly which meant that on a windy night, the blinds kept banging in the breeze. Other than these small things, the place was great!

The accommodation set up was excellent for our family and the resort it sits within was also great. We really enjoyed the different pools, especially the very warm indoor pool which was great for the cooler days. We loved that the property overlooked the paddocks as it gave a real sense of privacy. The kitchen had everything we need and there was plenty of parking out the front.

Contacting owners was difficult, had a couple of queries, but got no response.

There was no sofa bed, despite of what the description on the website said (and we were with friends who didn’t know each other and weren’t planning on sharing a room). No private bbq and very minimal kitchen ware. Outside areas dirty and no broom to clean.

Loved the view from the terrace out back and all the wildlife. Interior recently renovated.

Use of the sauna and indoor pool - without having to make a booking. When it is advertised, there is no mention that the indoor pool is by booking only. Did not get a chance to use the indoor pool due to it being booked out.

In the villa… the couches and 2 chairs were too low to sit…. The mattresses queen beds or double werent sure was very bumpy and was higher in the middle almost fell out lol…. From my hubby:- just the duck and geese poo around the pool is there a way to keep or deter them ie mesh on the fence from going in that area?? Rather than just letting them walk through?

Great extras… pools were great…. The Kitchen in the 3 bedroom villa great, laundry great prefect for rolling 6mth old Ive added photos but dont put them on the internet as my kids arent on. Social media or the internet. Thanks.

Had a great time staying at the Nature Resort Villas. It was excellent that we got to use all the facilities of the ramada resort, however the indoor poor was closed due to maintenance, but we enjoyed a dip in the outdoor pool and heated spa. We also enjoyed the pedal karts. Beautiful walking tracks. Loved the decor inside the room. However, 1 curtain was missing in the lounge area. Staff at the resort were accommodating when booking pedal karts. They were also running school holiday activities, which was great for the kids. Also had fun playing in the games room. Beautiful setting. Room was clean and tidy, well-maintained. Kitchen facilities are great!

Some of the window blinds were quite stained especially in the twin bedroom Twin bedroom window doesn’t close properly, didn’t affect stay as weather was good but would have been quite cold in the colder months

Location of the villa is amazing, right across a small road from the reception, games room, swimming pool and tennis courts Stylishly decorated. All the extra accessories provided such as toys, board games and wet day folder for the children was a lovely touch. Had an issue with the kitchen blind falling down several times. Whilst it couldn’t be fixed during our stay, Toni was very quick to respond and attempted to rectify

The bath towels were synthetic microfibres. Need to ask for pool towels which is subject to cleaning charges. Only coffee pod capsules were provided later after check in. No choice of tea or hot chocolate. Missing shampoo bottle in the master bedroom.

The beddings were really comfy and the comforter light and cosy feel. The villa has a nice family feel.

There didn’t appear to be a bread/chopping board or a box of tissues. Although there were full sized shower products, they weren’t full so had to pump a bit to get the product out. The towels seemed to be a bit mismatched - one was more like a chamois than a bath towel while the others were bath towels.

The beds were comfortable and the facilities excellent. Toni was kind and helpful. The coffee pods were fantastic. My four year old loved the pedal bikes!

On our arrival day, we arrived at 5pm and our allocated villa was still getting cleaned by their staff. Check in time is 3pm.

I liked how it was in the nature, close to animals like cows and birds right next to the alfresco.
