Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Exceptional staff - helpful, engaging and knowledgeable. Comfortable room and great breakfast. Charlie, the ‘resident’ koala, could be seen regularly.

The grounds and venue are stunning and photos don’t do it justice, what I can’t capture was undoubtedly the best part of our stay at Mount Lofty was the people. Everyone from Christopher to the bar staff, waitstaff and housekeeping went out of their way to make us feel like family. The atmosphere is not like any typical stay, it is like coming home. We both loved being here and will be back. We warned, after visiting Mt Lofty House no other typical hotel will live up to here. 10/10!
