Just a suggestion: to have a foot poufe as the lounge wasn't very comfortable.

Loved the view, stunning as you're just on the edge of the bay. The bedding and towels were of exceptional quality. Everything was there if you want to prepare and cook a meal. All in all, a great vibe.

Just missing a few little home comforts that would help visitor in the long run which I have said above. Nothing that we didn’t like loved it all!

Amazing views great for two people little tight for three people! Lounge can only seat two, only two dinning chairs. Outside seating for two, very large deck Great BBQ with table chairs but no light bit hard to cook in the dark! Bathroom could do with a few hooks for the towels to dry better! A trolley that would hold a few bathroom items that you bring with you don’t like using the bathroom vanity draws & cupboard as you always leave things behind. A drying rack to put beach towels on to dry outside ect! Loved the coffee pod machine great extra! Very friendly staff with helpful advice where to visit within the area…. Great help

Lack of internet was not a real issue for an overnight stay but could prove problematic for a business person. Heating was only just adequate but could be an issue if the weather was colder.

Rather spartan accommodation but complimented with great views. Comfortable bed. Basic kitchen. Loved the Nespresso coffee maker.

It certainly exceeded my expectations. The view was absolutely amazing – you could sit for hours just watching the sea. The cabin was spotless, and the instructions provided were clear and comprehensive. A truly relaxing and memorable stay!

Cabin had not been cleaned at check in - disappointing at having to wait for several hours for this to be done.

Communal BBQ not cleaned after previous use. We had plenty of knives, 3 forks and no spoons on arrival. Spoons delivered at 10am next day

Very spacious and comfortable main bedroom (didn't use 2nd bedroom) and very comfortable mattress. Kitchen had everything necessary to prepare breakfast and evening meal if required. Great views from living room and master bedroom

There was no air-conditioning, just portable fans. It was fine for us because we opened up all the windows, but on a really hot night (or in winter) I'm not sure how we would have gone.

The views are amazing. It was a warm night so we had the windows open all night. The sea breeze and sound of the waves crashing was so peaceful. We had Cabin 5 with 2 bedrooms. 1 room had a double bed for the adults and the second bedroom had 2 singles for the teenagers. It was small, but a fabulous setup for families.

There was absolutely nothing we did not like about Hamptons.

Everything about Hamptons on the Bay was exceptional. What a gem of a place. From once we stepped inside the door, we were captivated by the spell binding view. The sound of the waves created such a relaxing ambience. I would definitely stay here again - very good value for money, considering the standard and quality of the accommodation, its location and the correspondence before arrival at the property.

Unit was very hot on arrival even with windows open. No balcony or front deck to sit out on to enjoy the view. Seating in the unit not very comfortable and we had visitors in our unit and there was only uncomfortable stools to sit on. Broken blinds

We enjoyed our stay. Easy check in and check out with electronic door lock. Well equipped kitchen for making dinner and breakfast. Nice coffee machine. Beautiful view of the bay.
