We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe bathroom exhaust fan cover was covered in dust and cobwebs. The window didn’t open properly and had no screen for ventilation into the unit. The window sill does need a wipe clean too.
The location is great, and we just needed a bed so all fine. Clean sheets, king bed very low to the ground, and mattress was not the best quality. Suggest an ensemble with no frame.

CanadaThere were two bottles of wine left in an unlocked room. If someone was to come in and take them, I would be charged. I never saw any employees, only construction workers. In the morning we had a flat tire, screw embedded. Coincidence, maybe, but driving through the working area, it seems likely we picked it up there!
Access to walking paths and food was good. Nice to be so close to the water. Price was good. Room was clean.
