Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bathrooms had a few hairs on the walls.
The rooms were very comfortable and the location was perfect. All the rooms were well stocked and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. And we loved having easy access to the onsite cafe! The hosts were kind enough to send a bag of clothes that I had left in Robe by mail back to my home. It’s the little things that count ☺️

The back area of the property is shabby and the courtyard is just a car park. The whole place had a tired feel and is in need of an upgrade. The only contact we had from the manager was by text which is not always reliable when travelling. There is no one on site.
Lovely position and we had a balcony room looking out over the harbour. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room was a great size,clean and cosy and very quite a cafe in the front you can also support them by buying t shirts caps ECT or a chat with the staff at cafe, I would highly recommend harbour view motel,I booked h/view motel for 2nights ,it was that good I stayed an extra night
I loved that you can lock screen door and let the sea breeze in great for women over 50

The staff were friendly and helpful - great recommendation about where to eat. Bath was absolute luxury! View from the room was stunning. Easy walk into town and other sites of interest.

The room looked ok in the pictures but we were massively disappointed after arriving. But it wasn’t even properly cleaned and smelled bad as well. For the same price , we got a lot better 2 bedroom apartment at someplace else.

Delightful view across the harbour. Close to walking tracks and sightseeing. Fresh, clean room with a lovely bath. Great communication with booking and arrival.

The heater wasn't as warm as we needed it to be but it was a super chilly night we were there. The extra blankets provided were good.
Rooms very nice, beds comfortable, cleanliness was great and room smelled devine! Location was perfect for walking everywhere we needed to go.

The only negative was that the guests above me were a bit noisy having young children. However, next time I will ensure I pack earplugs as I am a bit of a light sleeper.
Brilliant location, very handy for what I needed to do in Robe. My room was spotless and extremely spacious with very comfortable king size bed. I could not fault the water pressure or temperature in the shower. The owners were very helpful in providing an alternative when my kettle decided not to work.

The description of the place did not meet expectations. The carpets were dirty and door etc was rusty and difficult to close. The room was smaller than expected and the TV was not connected to the internet so we could not stream movies etc. The cost was more expensive for the room.
We liked the location of the motel.

Great spot - close to all the walks, parks and close to town. Staff are lovely and gave great recommendations. Harbour View has a great vibe - cool decor! Coffee and food is yum too!!

The bed was very soft, and moved across the floor when I sat on it.. There weren't any cups in the drawers. The shower doors were ridiculously hard to get in or out of the shower. The shower went way too hot when next room turned their shower on, then the water went cold. Outdoor area a bit grubby and lounge chairs smelled musty
