No power point near the bed, no bin in the room. Fridge and floor was dirty (see photos).

Great location, easy to get there by public transport. Lots of eateries in Darlinghurst and Kings cross. Value for the money and location. Aircon was good, bed and pillows were comfy. Bathroom was so tiny, I am 5'11 and 70 kilos, I found it too tight. If you are bigger in size, you will find it very difficult to move around.

It’s very hot, with no air conditioning. There is a fan but in the recent weather it was just too hot for me. Also please note that the shower drains in the female and unisex bathroom are very clogged, with flooding happening almost immediately. Some Drano would help!

Location great, I can’t get up stairs easily so 4 flights was unbearable, I’m still paying with leg pain and the kitchen was woop woop a kettle in bedroom with tea, coffee ect would have made it so much better, but there wasn’t even water in the fridge

we really liked the location the hotel is very close to train station, good walking distance to botanical garden even the owner I think his name is Mr. Allen ( if am not wrong 😅) he was such a nice to us and discussed wd us about the good places to visit. really appreciate the service... on the top of it we found an Indian restaurant as well which is located backside of the building so, overall it was worthy for us.

Room was small. No table or adequate power points. Toilet was located down a small corridor so space was inadequate. Bathroom sink was small too.

It was over priced

We stayed as a really large group, from out of town, for a funeral. The check in was fantastic, but the bar staff couldn’t wait to close.

If they could add air conditioning to the room, it would be really good. In the summer, it was bit hard to stay with just a fan.

For the budget, it was really good. Washrooms were shared, but very clean. It was a really good stay.

The cleaner is probably the worst person I’ve met since being in Australia. Very rude and went into my room whilst I was asleep, I mentioned it to the lady on reception so I hope he was dealt with. Just a really awful angry man who was rude to multiple guests and the fact he can go into other peoples rooms when it was passed 2pm is absurd, I hope he gets dealt with. It’s the bald man, he also was really rude in the kitchen to multiple guests and for someone who doesn’t like confrontation I had to bite my tounge. He should be sacked, if he doesn’t want to work there then he shouldn’t.

The location and the reception lady were really nice, the tv in the room was good and the Wi-Fi was strong throughout the whole stay.
