Thin walls. Heard when other occupants came in to their rooms. One was unwell and coughing, sounded like she was in same room. No soap holder in shower

Had a strong and odd mouldy smell and heating didn't function well to warm the space up so made it a bit uncomfortable and hard to sleep.

Really great location, decent space, clean, super easy check in and friendly staff :)

The room was hidden out the back despite the front rooms being empty. The room has a terrible smell of bleach and being so cold I had to open all the windows to try and ease the bleach smell it made it freezing. Huskisson Beach Resort very misleading name

The walls between the rooms are very thin and you can hear everything that happens in the next room. There was also a down pipe directly outside the window, which dripped all night

Advertised as having a kitchenette but only had a microwave and bar fridge (both inside the wardrobe). A toaster was provided but the only cutlery was one dessert spoon and one teaspoon. When we arrived the main light did not work. Thankfully it was fixed quickly. I did not like the "contact free" check in at another location.

Large and clean bathroom. Comfortable large bed.

The air con made a loud humming noise all night couldn’t have it in as we couldn’t sleep and it was freezing , the blankets were thin had to trackpants and jumper over our pjs to stay warm . Bed was rock hard Light coming through above our heads from the curtains Terrible sleep

We had someone knock on our door at 10.15 at night asking where to park. We answered the door and tried to explain to them. When we went to check out: the property held our deposit money because apparently there was a noise complaint. We tried to address this with the property and ask them to check their security cameras which proves someone knocked on our door. The property declined our request and ultimately stole $100 off us for a noise complaint. I didn’t know there was a fine for a noise complaint… despite trying to help someone who knocked on our door. I have called and messaged the property and tried to explain the situation, they were not willing to listen and would not let me talk to the manager. They have not responded to any of would enquiries. I would never stay here again! Complete robbery and the worst customer service

The reception to pick up the keys is a long way away from the cabins, maybe 1km. Even though it says to checkin after 3pm, the office was unmanned and there is a self checkin kiosk. Someone came out midway through using the kiosk. I actually wasn’t told where the cabins were, but had seen them earlier that day. The cleaner was parked in my carpark, but there was another spot available. The wifi was unusable, I could login but nothing more, not sure if it was a signal issue.

Not really anything. Just a suggestion to have a small airer to hang wet towels/clothes on, but otherwise amazing! No complaints here!

The location was amazing. Right across the road from the beach and only a short stroll into Huskisson.

Wifi was useless. I have reported this to management and I am sure it will be fixed.

We stayed in the main building with a ground floor balcony The position is near the beach and paths. Despite it being school holidays it was reasonably quiet. We will stay here again.
