My suggestions for improvements: 1. All-weather front door mat. 2. In the bathroom, at least 2 hooks and/or rails to hang wet swimming costumes and damp towels. 3.Coathangers. 4. Routine checks that the fridge is functioning properly. I had just put all my provisions in the fridge when cold water from the tray under the freezer spilled out all over my food, and flooded the interior of the fridge and the floor. Not a good welcome -- with nothing appropriate like a cleaning cloth and mop to dry it all up! 5. In the rain on Friday morning, water pooled on the wooden steps to the landing -- a possible slip hazard. An overhead awning would improve safety for your guests. I know that this would be a more expensive improvement than my previous four suggestions. One thing I really appreciate in unit 11 is the screens on windows and front door, which allow a good circulation of fresh air ---no need to turn on the air conditioner. As a single occupant, I coped with the very limited bench space. (just!). I am not sure how two people would manage.

Our room overlooked a neighbours home with views of a hot water tank, fence and neighbours yard and decking, so no privacy. A screen needs to be erected. Also did not like electronic check in - humans much better.

Kitchen/cooking facilities are limited

Beautiful location, directly across from the beach at Huskisson. Short walk to shops, cafe and restaurants in Huskisson but in a quiet spot just outside of town. The rooms and facilities are basic but clean and comfortable.

Kettle does not switch off when it boils. Fridge had leaked on carpet before we arrived and so room was smelly and we kept treading in the wet patch. We bought ice cream but it turned to liquid because the freezer compartment was not cold enough. People coming and going in the wee small hours every night and because a code is used to get into the building and then a fob for the room it’s not possible to sleep through it. When it rains water cascades off the top of the building onto a metal container ? AC unit outside. The noise is literally horrendous. It’s impossible to sleep.

We need to clean the electric fan inside the room in order to be used and we’re not able to use the ceiling fan because so dusty. And the floor is sticky, it needs to be clean as well.

We love the location, so comfortable going to the beach and in the towns like Huskisson and Vincentia

Parking is poor. Was going to be taking two cars. But was lucky to get one car spot later in the night. Check-in was a bit of a drag. Still awaiting return of the $200 deposit for the two rooms.

There was a mixup and a person had inhabited the unit when we arrived, so we had to await his exit and a clean. Main lighting was all or nothing with no beside lamps.

Fronts onto the reserve and beach and adjacent to Moona Moona Creek. A 15-20 min stroll on the waterfront path to the centre of Huskisson. The unit was clean and basic and met our expectation. Beds were firm and pillows were right sized for me.

We were put in cabin 10 which was a disabled room in the back corner of the property. It was basically a bed in a room with a large bathroom that literally looked onto the car park. Minimal furnishings were cheaply finished.

The location was good about a 20 minute walk to the township. The bed was comfortable.
