We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesSome of the staff members were a bit slow and not quite as communicative as they should be. One of the throw pillows/cushions weren't clean and I was sneezing non-stop until I put it away from the bed.
Location is great. Relatively close to anywhere you need to go in Cairns. Family room is good for groups and/or small families.

United KingdomBreakfast on the first day was “made to order”, which meant it was nice and fresh, however, there was only one cook in the kitchen and several guests walked out, as they had tours planned. Took well over an hour to be served. Food itself was good though. This was vastly improved on day 2, as the team laid out a buffet, which was had all the essentials. Wifi connectivity was seriously lacking and offered only slow speeds.
Very spacious and clean rooms, good CBD location, nice kitchenette with all goods supplied. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent, walking distance to most facilities. Staff were helpful carrying my suitcase to the 3rd floor while the lift was out of order.

AustraliaMould all over the shower. No ceiling light in the main room. Only bedside lights or lamp in corner. Room was dark. Needed torch to see the coffee machine buttons. Could not read at the table/desk provided due to bad dull lighting. Shower was large but the opening was very small and awkward. Restaurant staff were not helpful. One staff member was preparing the other staff members dinner and coffee and forget our drinks. Had to find our own cutlery as the restaurant was already set up for breakfast in the early evening.
Location. Option of restaurant or room service after a long day was nice. Large room. Reception staff were helpful and nice. Bed was really comfortable.

AustraliaMy purpose was for work. Wifi was terrible, kept dropping out which resulted in me having to reschedule Zoom meetings. The loft rooms lacked comfort, the beds don’t have comforters / doona just a top sheet, TV wasn’t working properly took ages to come alive after switching on. The doors slam and hinges squeak so got woken by others coming and going.
Location was great, easy walking distance to restaurants and right in the heart of Cairns. Parking was free and easy street parking right out front.
