The room upstairs in 309 was not good. The wheels of the bed were moving the no breaks. That lead to an injury to my mums face as she fell from the bed. However the staff were very helpful.

Breakfast was good maybe a bit more change to the menu.

The location was too far from the shops and its pretty hard going when its really hot. The bathroom was really small...not much room to move.

the twin beds were small and they had no brakes on their wheels therefore they were moving around while we were trying to either get off or get on . the staff members were not smiling , greeting guests , except the Spanish receptionist that checked us in ( he was really helpful and knew what hospitality is all about ) .

There was a lot of street noise, there is no on-site parking and the "kitchen" as described was lacking any sort of cooking appliances. The restaurant was closed which we had no prior warning about, the rooms are slanted making the beds tilt. We still had a great time in Cairns but this hotel needs some work.

Close to the city and reasonably priced. Staff were polite and helpful.

Had to wait for reception staff for almost 30min, no apology for wait and the man on reception was very adamant about us signing up to their app, clearly trying to meet some sort of kpi goal, just for us to get checked in, very off putting.

The toilet was broken in our room. When we arrived the lid was off the cistern of the toilet and on the floor next to it. We put the lid back on but the water tap to the toilet was off and when we would turn it on full , water would shoot everywhere so we’d have to only turn the tap on a little bit to allow the cistern to fill. Also the towels smelt like they had been there for ages (musty smelling).

This property is in a good location very close to the city centre, Cairns aquarium and lagoons. There’s free parking at the front of the property. There are pay per use laundry facilities around the corner and many restaurants in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Was running late for a meeting. First room they gave me the card reader to get into the room didn't work go back to reception, they give me another room, I walk in it hasn't been cleaned from previous guests, go back to reception, they tell me I have to wait while the fix the batteries in the card reader on the door of the original room. Go to make a cup of tea, all the milk is off and lumpy. Go to breakfast, and order. Waitress isn't sure what's included or whether breakfast is included in my room runs off to ask someone else. Breakfast of eggs bennie was burnt and over cooked. The whole place is by work experience kids

- Trip hazard step from hall to bathroom. Shower entry has a huge tiled edge - to step over to get in and out. No hand rails in shower - No phone in room to call reception.

We arrived expecting there to be a car park but there were just two spots out the front, the lift broke down on our first day and we were located on the third floor and had to walk up and down the stairs numerous times during the day. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and the food was very poor, none of us finished our meals. Tried to have one of our keys recut during our stay as it had stopped and the staff could not get the program to work to recut the key at all, would have been terrible if neither of our keys were working. Our air conditioner in one room leaked on our second night and I had some bags on the floor which became soaking wet and items in them were ruined. The air conditioner in the other room hardly cooled at all. I feel the hotel lacked with helpfulness from staff, I watched numerous older people having to carry heavy bags up and down the stairs without any offer of assistance.

The location being next to CPAC was convenient for us as my daughter was performing at a dance concert. My son really enjoyed the pool. The bar staff member was friendly which was on each night we were there.
