Pillows weren't to my liking, they were all the same - a bit too soft. Maybe with 4 pillows in the room, could've had a combination of thicknesses. Also, was disappointed that the coffee machine wasn't operational in the evening. Would have liked a hot chocolate before bed.

Was excited that I could have a real hot chocolate for breakfast, thanks to the new coffee machine

the bathroom tiles need to be steam cleaned. Miners with heavy boots are regular guests and tiles were very dirty - a quick wipe over is not enough.

The hotel is basic but well provided with amenities, is clean and location good, and with friendly staff.

Price point is gouging off of a market economy, to be expected, but we dont have to like it.

This is a great place - for access to the top end of the town. It is however full of fly in and out workers etc, this isn't an issue, it just drives up the price for regular travellers. So expect to pay top dollar for not what we would call a top dollar hotel.

Overpriced for basic accommodation, hotel was poorly kept with dirty entrance ways etc. Dinner was overpriced and failed to meet expectations

Was asked by two cleaners at 9am why I had not checked out even tho check out was not until 11am. Dinner was over priced for quality of food. Breakfast was a score of 1 out of 10. Food was cold and very pour taste for price.

Bathroom and location of room in hotel. Why is a disabled room on top floor with only lift for escape in emergency. I was also woken by alarms going off in rooms either side of me at 5.30am .

If you have a pool provide pool towels, the shuttle service couldn't operate because allegedly the manager was away, train or employ another driver. couldn't sit on the balconies because of pigeon droppings, very disappointing. No tea towel or other kitchen cleaning products provided even though they were requested. No facility to obtain a drink/coffee etc until the bar opens at 4.30pm

Rude staff on arival and throughout stay. Not helpful at all. Price for what it was "fifo quarters' not worth the money at all. Bird poo all over balcony and furniture, staff refused to clean. Smoke alarms turned off and covered in plastic. Paint peeling off most walls. Barbed wire around external air-conditioning

Queen bed was worn and not very comfortable. Tiles on bathroom floor had ingound dirt and needed high pressure cleaning.
