Excellent accommodation I had. The location is close everything, restaurant, shop, fuel station. Room is very clean. The bed is comfortable for me. Highly recommend for everyone who looking for am accommodation in Kalgoorlie

The bed was absolutely terrible , so uncomfortable and the pillows were just as bad , if you wanted to have a good nights rest after a day of sight seeing and socialing dont expect to get it here, another thing I found confusing is the fact the resturant didnt allow me to charge my meals to my room, I only had one meal there due to this , finally the rooms face the afternoon sun and my room was well over 30+ degrees when I checked in , I had to put on the aircon and go out for over an hour to wait for the room to get to a comfortable temparature , given that kalgoorlie is quite hot in summer , its not unreasonable to expect the aircon in the room to be turned on a couple of hours in advance of the guests checking in so we can rest up after our journey .

Room was tidy , quite spacious and close to the main hub of kalgoorlie , staff were very courtious and helpfull, tv service was very good with ample viewing options to choose from while you wanted to relax .

The breakfast was very poor, rotten apple in fruit bowl, grey old sliced meat in the fresh food tray, all the sliced food incl fruit, cheeses, meats looked as if the tray had been served, refrigerated, served for several days, nothing looked fresh. The bacon was poorly/ partially cooked. The buffet generally was disappointing. All the reception staff except for one lady were grouchy and dismissive.

The staff were uninterested when speaking with them regarding our room restaurant issues. As far as the staff telling half truths. Also found a used tea towel in my daughter bed when the housekeeping staff remade her bed.

Your hotel is not worth the money. The bathroom was not very clean I understand that dust doesn't help but after living in Karratha with their red dust there really isn't any excuse for that in Kalgoorlie, we stayed at the promenade at the casino on the Thursday for $194 a night so your price is way over the top for increasing for the cup and your normal price is ridiculous.

The swimming pool lacked a bit of atmosphere and needs some sunbeds instead of just chairs.

This hotel is a great place to stay in Kalgoorlie. The rooms are large and the bathrooms are clean and modern. The breakfast is wonderful and the Mon - Fri happy hour is fantastic. Well done Plaza.

You will hear ones on the street if you have a room on the street side.

Property is nice and clean, bed and pillows comfy. Handy that your able to link into your own netflix and other streaming platforms. Continental breakfast was great value for money! Plenty of yummy options, Especially loved that your able to make your own fresh juice and make a coffee to takeaway. Very handy to bars and cafes, museums and a variety of retail shops. Handy having free parking in the secure carpark. Staff friendly and happy to help where they can.
