AustraliaWe visited from Exmouth, booked 2 rooms to stay in this hotel with family and wasn’t advised at time of booking that the pool was empty and not available for use and the night restaurant was closed for a private function on the night of our stay. Extremely disappointed. We would not have made the booking had we known. There was also no mention from staff about the po or restaurant at time of check in. They were friendly enough. But no information provided. A small sign out the front advising of the private function only.

AustraliaAmend the wed site to tell the truth 1/ NO POOL or place to sit and relax 2/ attitude of the staff was (if you don’t like it leave)2/ being hassled by ppl wanting to do room maintenance that should be done when no one is there 3/ wifi is rubbish to slow 4/ were sent to a room that had not been cleaned 5/ the breakfast was a joke dried cereal toast sandwiches. No fresh fruits yogurt was told if you want nice coffee there is a shop down the road really $269 and can’t even get a simple good coffee..
Nothing no hot food coco pops and coffee was about it no chef on not even any fruit or orange juice out of a score of 10 I give it a zero

Australiawe paid top dollar for a room. there was no dinner, as reaturant was closedbreakfast was very very basic, and the pool had been emptied and all we wanted was a swim. overall we loved karratha so much we came back again. but we staying elsewhere this time. we always stay at ibis when ever we travel but sorry guys we won't be staying again..

Australiaupon checking in I waited 5 minutes for someone to come to reception to check us in - it was early 5:30pm in the evening. Then, after getting keys to room, went to that room to open the door and the smell of poo! The room had not been made up and was used and someone hadn't flushed the toilet and it was literally sickening. went back to the reception and the new employee didn't know how to change rooms, so waited another 15 minutes for her supervisor (who was also playing cook, as I was told, no staff). Then finally we got a new room. There was an iron, but no ironing board, so had to use the floor. There was only 1 tea bag for refreshments, and some coffee, but me and my husband only drink tea, so shared that 1 teabag given. We will not be staying at this property again. Sorry. As a member of Accor I also am shocked of the quality.

AustraliaRoom did not get serviced, we had to go to reception and ask for it to be done, towels still didnt get changed. The walls were paper thin, two upgrades were paid for and still the room was basic at best, not sure what the upgrades had been done other than a retiled bathroom which involved you needing to hang 1 towel above the toilet, not even a teaspoon provided in the room just wooden sticks. $926 for 4 nights in a very basic, unserviced motel room was way overpriced

AustraliaI did loge a complain before no one has contact me so what is the purpose of this second questionnaire, I have paid $216.00 for one night stay, room dirty, TV and Wifi dint work, toilet dirty, bed stain and bad odour, poorly customer service they shut the admin office far to early and the next day they open far to late to loge any complain. Very disappointed with booking to its member to recommend this type of hospitality.
