It’s fairly outdated. It’s not very accessible for someone who has a disability - for an example, there’s no railings in the shower or next to the toilet. There was a stain on two of the pillows in our room, which makes me wonder when was the last time they were cleaned or replaced. The place is pretty outdated as well, but you get what you pay for.

Staff were really friendly and welcoming, there was aircon in the room and the price is decent compared to other places in the area.

The shower was not good. Shower head & shower hose leaked. And there was not much water pressure. Disappointing as we were informed in November last year that the SPA/shower was being renovated.

The place is old needs new carpets they stink. beds are not comfortable. No toilet brush. No hotel should use shower curtains they are disgusting. Parking is horrendous But it's the cheapest and only 3 star it's just needs some improvements

Very old needs some TLC Room smelt very damp had to ask for air freshener Worst of all power point in wall was missing but discovered another one the next morning on wall above my bed which was covered by the 2nd pillow I was sleeping on Overall very unsatisfactory for the cost Don’t stay here !!!

We drove from geelong and reached there at around 8:30/9 where we already informed them about late check in. They helped us with that but with room we did book 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. First room had only 1 queen bed , the staff was welcoming and friendly and helped us move another room which is understandable. Main issue I find with booking com is it said 145 including taxes and charges and later I got charged 148. It’s not about 3 dollars but the price shown by booking Com. When I contacted the motel, they mentioned it was credit card surcharge.

Beds very poor. Staff should inform you how to access front door after hours. Water pressure in shower very poor. Water taps all need urgent maintenance.

Everything the manager was rude, push and shoved me abused me for sticking up for my mates I was there for not long over 3 hours and I didn’t even receive a refund and wasn’t welcome up to my room to collect my belongings until I contacted police and they allowed me to grab my belongings.

No sympathy for having to leave for a medical emergency back home and wouldn’t refund our money at all even though we paid cash and not through the booking site. Clearly happy to take money under any circumstance. Glad we didn’t have to stay as the room and everything in it was disgusting.

Outdated. Stains all over carpets. A lot of mould in the bathroom. Hot tap at the bathroom sink did not work, turned and turned and no water came out. Shower head dripped all night no matter how tight I turned off the taps. In need of renovations and upgrades.

I wished TV was bit larger, bed bit more comfy. I felt claustrophobic when came to bathroom would be good if you could air vent the room other wise it was fine.

I loved Deb was super lovely and helpful to me. I liked that it was clean. Nice and peaceful no one harassing us unlike some other hotels in town so weirdos so it was nice
