Great location, wonderful host

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Blinds and curtains didn’t cover all of the windows allowing light to fill the room all night. Very noisy. We could hear everything - the tv, conversations, coughing, toilet trips - from adjoining rooms. The decor was outdated by several decades and that’s not an exaggeration. We realised there wasn’t going to be kitchen facilities but the room was advertised as having tea and coffee making facilities. I guess a kettle, and a cup and teaspoon for each guest met the description. Would’ve been nice to have a couple of knives and forks to eat with and a table to eat at.

Great location. An easy walk to eateries. Free car parking on site. Room was very clean. Check in was easy and the guy who checked me in was very pleasant.

I think they need to do a bit of an upgrade, like getting smart tvs and put the on a swivel and just a general make over of bedroom

The only thing was the fan in bathroom didn't work and when windy the doors banged a fraction.

I couldn't figure out how to work the heater. Maybe a quick guide could be included in the welcome pack.

It was good that they had a microwave oven in the room. The staff were very friendly.

Big bed had broken base with middle wheel missing making bed dip on one side. Electric blanket on small bed but didn’t work. Tv has only local channels and no dvds to use. No bowls or plates and only tsps (for coffees) No toaster. No toilet brush, only one soap between shower and vanity. Ceiling pieces loose in bathroom. Thick dust under vanity and along edges of tiles. Grime on shower walls and yuck looking basin plug hole.

Location was amazing! Right next to maccas, kfc, Cole’s around the corner. And next door to a Catholic Church which was great for Sunday. Lady cleaner was friendly, (man at desk wasn’t so much) Room on first look was nice and comfy. Closer look not so much. Elevator was good for taking up stuff,but very slow

I’ve stayed here numerous times. Managment and staff are always friendly and professional, always there to assist with any questions or concerns. Also rooms are always clean, comfortable, secure and smell great.

Not able to wash dishes used no tea towel, no plates or bowls yet a microwave is available. I have added a photo of kitchen area Parking is very narrow so be careful as whom ever parks next to you may scratch your car

Easy to find, clean exactly 3 cups for water, 3 cups for coffee and 3 tea spoons, enough towels for 3 as well. Good location to the STABLE DOOR

Rude host on finding we were unable to get into our room for the second time with an issue with the card to unlock the door. We had issues when we initially tried it the first time and after returning about 7pm to find it would open to the sliding doors to the reception area from outside but then wouldn't unlock our room door. I called the number that was displayed in reception if there were any issues to have it go to voicemail several times. After numerous calls it was finally answered. When the host met me in reception she basically told me it was our doing it wasn't working because we must have had it sitting next to our phones or laptops .. which neither was even close to the truth. She then followed me back to my room to see that it wouldn't open the door .. clearly there is any issue with the lock itself. She then proceeded to get a new card and the same thing.happened again. She "lucked" it after at least 15 attempts and it opened. The following morning ... it wouldn't work again so I asked to be moved to another room. She obliged bur clearly didn't want to. So, we packed our things and moved to another room .. this one actually had a real key which was a blessing in disguise. But .. this room was even worse than the other. Not only.had we found an opened half carton of UHT milk in the first fridge, this room was disgusting. The carpet was filthy. The panels in the bathroom were falling in above the shower. The bathroom sink was filthy. There was nothing nice about that room. The motel itself is older but it is so outdated and in need of a major makeover. And if you need to use a lift .. be warned ... my guess it hasn't worked for years let alone it "was out of service" today.

Unfortunately, the only thing was leaving in the morning after spending 2 nights here.

The property is really old not worth the money. The picture on booking.com is really fake. There is no access to bar and pool table, which is shut for good but still being advertised online. Which i think is fake advertising to attract customers.

Check-in staff wasn't really accommodating, seems like it was a burden being in her presence for checking-in. The elevator CCTVs was not working too since the actual camera was just hanging by one wire which isn't really safe. Upon entering the room (room 17) it smelled so damp which was uncomfortable for us to stay in. The shower curtain was also disgusting, it had brown stains at the bottom so we opted not to shower during our stay there.

The only thing I liked during my stay was that the location was very accessible and that there were a lot of nearby restaurants, churches, places to visit. Also, the sheets seemed fresh and clean despite my comments above
