Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hotel is in a great location, went to Sydney for a show at the capitol theatre and it was only a block away. Plenty of restaurants in the area. The included breakfast had plenty of options and was a good start to the day.

Hotel is near the center. Most of the the spots are walkable including Hyde Park, Sydney Eye Tower, and Sydney Opera House. The staff is comendable and available with any questions.

CanadaSome of the hallways and facade can use a bit of a fresh coat of paint. If bands are playing in the pub next door, you may hear them when you are trying to sleep.
While the hotel is a little bit on the older side, the staff are super professional and friendly, and the rooms are super clean. Best part of this hotel is its location. Only minutes walk to Hyde park, Chinatown and Darling Harbour. Also close to various public transits to Circular Quay and Bondi Beach.

AustraliaOn the first night we were near the lift well, from the early AM people commenced leaving the building and it was extremely loud and constant. The blocker blinds did not block out the light and the light from the TV was so bright in the tiny rooms.
