The only thing was the room key never worked and needed changing each time I tried to use it. There was a lot of door banging from the staff using the storage in the next room.

The hotel is in such a good location with access to the airport station on 6.mins away. You can walk to everywhere or use the tram. The room was well set out and never felt crowded even for 2 friends. The window had absolute block out, which was party handy .

Staff were perfect. Location is great. The room, considering what I paid, was a let down. There is wear and tear on the skirting boards all the way around the room. The air conditioner drip hose that comes through to the bathroom is completely exposed and visible. I understand this needs to be accessible but it can easily be hidden with some kind of cover. The shower head mounted to the ceiling was not able to be angled, so I (5 foot 9) had to stand almost up against the glass to be under it. Water from the shower leaked out onto the floor and soaked the bath mat I was intending to use before I'd even stepped on it. The bed was comfy though.

my only issue was the lifts weren't working properly only one was working which made getting in and out of the building a long process

the staff were amazing and went above and beyond to decorate the room for my daughters birthday. staff always greeted you when you walked in and made sure you have everything you need.

I think you get what you pay for. $450 for a couple of nights in the middle of Sydney was reasonable compared to other offerings

The room is tiny and has no balcony. The aircon makes crackling noise all night. There are only 2 lifts and one was out of service.

If you are after Sydney CBD this would be the perfect location. The room is spotless, staffs are friendly. Happy with the American breakfast. Room facility is very limited. Will definitely recommend Ibis World Square.

water was leaking from the shower door to bathroom floor , however rooms are cleaned everyday & we were given additional floor towels . so managed with those .

Central location - easy access to everything , restaurants , shopping , public transport , entertainment & key attractions . Had everything we wanted in a city hotel ( Obviously smaller than a normal hotel room as expected) . staff was very nice & helpful . Stayed as room only . There are so many meal option right next to the hotel .
