We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaThe loud music next door that goes on for a bit longer on Friday nights. I would not recommend to stay here if you are a light sleeper.
Close to lots of restaurants, Museum and Central train stations, Capitol theatre Thaitown, bus stops, parks and supermarket. Room and bathrooms were clean. Staff were very helpful.

The location is perfect if you are travelling by train, but also having the parking station opposite makes it easy by car as well. Loved being able to walk around, so many things to do and see and so many options for eating.

AustraliaOn multiple occasions housekeeping staff knocked on the door in the morning despite the ‘do not disturb’ being displayed, which was frustrating.
Conveniently located in World Square and near the light rail and trains, which makes it easy to get around. Rooms were a decent size and comfortable enough. The downside of the location was the street noise at night, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

AustraliaWe were on first floor & the noise of the pub/nightclub went past midnight during our stay keeping us awake. With no opening windows or fan in bathroom the ventilation was very poor in our room & on entering there was a very musty smell. We had to purchase air freshener to combat the smell. Breakfast was good but needed stocking up. On one of the mornings we got to breakfast at 9 & there was no fruit left, bakery or bacon. We ended up going to have breakfast elsewhere despite having prepaid for it.

AustraliaThe room was very small and the carpet was dirty with something spilled on it from the previous guest. Also there was no hand soap, products or conditioner in the bathroom on the basis of being sustainable. But basic hand soap and conditioner are essentials. Also small milks were not refreshed for 2 days despite asking. Extremely loud club/pub playing loud music across the road for half the night, no soundproofing in rooms so this kept me up through the night and was extremely loud, although the staff did kindly ring them to ask them to turn it down which was greatly appreciated. The walls are very thin and everything can be heard in rooms next door. No proper restaurant.
The staff were extremely friendly and had great customer service and were very kind and respectful. The location was great. Staff let me check in early and also store my bag after check out.

AustraliaThere is a timer in the room that turns off the lights after 15 minutes. Even with us in the room moving around everything in the room including the air conditioning turns off. We were only left with the TV and one very dim lamp. We had to open the door to activate the lights every time. The only explanation we were given was an energy saving timer. It was very inconvenient and will be the reason we won’t stay again.
