The room was bright and clean. The staff were particularly helpful and friendly. I am not a breakfast Person, so did not use the restaurant, however I enjoyed a workout in the very adequately equipped gym.

The location was perfect we were able to walk to majority of the places we wanted to visit. And what we couldn't walk to was easily accessible via trams which were close to the hotel. The staff were all super friendly and willing to help with any issues we had. The air conditioning in the room was perfect for the summer heat that we had during our stay. It was nice to be able to sleep with it running and it not be too cold. The view from our room was also amazing.

The key kept disconnecting and I had to make multiple trips to reception to reactivate. This happen 3 times. Only one elevator was working when I was there so the wait was long to get to the room.

Overnight stay was quite pricey.

The Hotel is accessible in the CBD, train stations and Circular Quay. The Bed was comfy. And WIFI access was good!

There was an issue with the lifts, I was staying on the 17th floor and got stuck one night. Not ideal!

Have stayed at this hotel 3 times in 7 weeks, and the pillows were not good. No water for a few hours overnight night, not the hotel's issue as it was emergency works but still a bit annoying. The hotel was great about it and informed me on check in

Only because you’ve asked, but no view from the room. Our window looked out onto a concrete wall. We weren’t there to spend time in our room though. Only one lift working at the time of our visit but not really a major inconvenience, and we were given a free drink voucher each to use at the bar to compensate. So that’s the only ‘negatives’ I can think of.

Great location in the city. Walking distance to most pubs, clubs, attractions and venues in the city. Staff were great, and friendly. Room was clean and tidy. Had usb charging ports. Handy bar in the foyer to have a drink before going out to wherever you’re going to. Even if it’s the pub next door 😁

One of the elevators was broken which was a bit annoying as we had to wait quite some time to get the elevator, but they did give us a free drink voucher for the inconvenience

Poor breakfast compared to other Ibis we have stayed in. No pastries, only two fruit juices, no water. Only one coffee machine.

The hotel right in the middle of city. There is a mall cross the road, you could get anything needed, heaps of restaurants around. Everything near by you that you could walk. We enjoyed our time to stay there.

One elevator was out of order but it didn’t impact our stay and again the employees made it easier to deal with.

The employees were all very helpful. I am inexperienced at staying at a hotel so unsure of the procedure. They were patient in helping me through the process.
