The hotel is aged, and the carpet in the room is very dirty. Carpet in the corridors too, furniture in the room looks so worn out. TV and AC are old. Pls don't put glasses right above the garbage bin in the toilet, not hygienic. Noisy at night of the pub downstairs

Rooms are small, the shower door didn't close properly and water got on the floor but it was near the drain so not too bad.

Hotel is in a great location, went to Sydney for a show at the capitol theatre and it was only a block away. Plenty of restaurants in the area. The included breakfast had plenty of options and was a good start to the day.

I hope they open for breakfast earlier especially for early tours. Or give an option for plated breakfast when the guests cannot go down earlier.

Hotel is near the center. Most of the the spots are walkable including Hyde Park, Sydney Eye Tower, and Sydney Opera House. The staff is comendable and available with any questions.

Was very noisy. Noise came from pubs etc that is obviously out of Ibis control however there was a constant whooshing sound that kept me awake. Not sure whether it was the lifts or air conditioning unit.

Very confined lobby, a rather restricted choice for breakfast. Rather expensive for its offerings.

Clean rooms and fast lifts. The breakfast buffet could be a little more rich. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Central location close to public transport stops.

Rooms are small, gap between bed an wall is very small are had it get around, bathroom is very small. Worst issue was the dinning room floor was sticky and shoes stuck to the floor as you walk.

Location for our event was perfect, short walk to and from. Breakfast was varied with plenty of options.

Some of the hallways and facade can use a bit of a fresh coat of paint. If bands are playing in the pub next door, you may hear them when you are trying to sleep.

While the hotel is a little bit on the older side, the staff are super professional and friendly, and the rooms are super clean. Best part of this hotel is its location. Only minutes walk to Hyde park, Chinatown and Darling Harbour. Also close to various public transits to Circular Quay and Bondi Beach.

On the first night we were near the lift well, from the early AM people commenced leaving the building and it was extremely loud and constant. The blocker blinds did not block out the light and the light from the TV was so bright in the tiny rooms.

Security of people coming into the building into the lifts are not monitored well. At night people will be let in without scanning card at door and then lifts do not make you can. So randoms could come up. Luckily this did not happen during my stay
