Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

This was our second stay. The facilities available are great, especially for kids. Pools were a little cold, especially the outdoor one but that’s ok. Had a wonderful time.

Towel holder fell off a couple of times.
There was a pool but had no chance to use it. Restaurants were close, very friendly staff.

This place was a great resort style hotel once . But unfortunately the whole property is very tired and needs a good renovation. That said we had a comfortable stay

There were other guest using the indoor pool who were listening to loud music until the 10pm close time. The room door did a good job blocking the noise but it was annoying getting to sleep. The pool should close earlier. This resort has well past it's heyday and is desperate for some money to be spent on it to freshen it up. It would have been pretty awesome when it was first built.
Our stay was fine. Rooms clean. Price was fair. Service friendly.

The games room needs an upgrade, it has seen better days.
The resort is in a great location, and we liked the options of the two swimming pools. The outdoor one was too cold for our little ones, so the indoor one was a great option to have. The staff were helpful and accommodating.

Facilities are dated. Definitely could do with a freshen up. The roofing to the indoor pool is also broken, looks shabby.
Breakfast was great value for money. Rooms were comfortable. Great location.

If anything, paint in the bathroom needs attention.
On such a hot day the resort was a lovely cool spot to sit on the lawns and enjoy the pool and surrounds. Staff were very nice.

Shower was over the bath which had a number of stains. The jets in the spa bath were very dirty.

The only downside is the resort is a little run down, just needs the odd lick of paint to spruce it up.
Great location, room was good for our purpose. The grounds are kept neat and tidy. The indoor and our door pools are great for all year round. Mini Golf and the tennis court are well maintained. Great place for families to stay with large common areas and new BBQ's. Plenty of grassed area to kick a footy or grab one of the many pool chairs and sit around. Owner and staff are great and very accommodating.

Ask for an upstairs room. We got put downstairs to start with, and had lots of noise from footsteps above and through the shared door to the next room. Due to an issue with our window we were offered a new room upstairs, it felt like a whole different experience.
Great pool/resort area with enough space to feel like you are not crammed in with other people. Very well maintained. Helpful staff.

While the mini golf course was great to use it is very old these days and in need of some maintenance. Tv was a little difficult to use and didn't function too well
Good location, we could easily walk into town from the accommodation. The room was a decent size for the price charged. It was handy having a little playground for our toddler to play on

There was no internet at all. There is connection but we did not have internet at all as it was sooo slow or none. Towels are being washed on a low grade temperature with a little or no detergents so they look dirty and stained especially hand towels. Less important, and as my personal opinion did not like wardrobe opening in bathroom instead of bedroom, air-conditioner is blowing directly to bed, and I don't like fixed shower tap.

The fridge in 1 of the rooms was noisy. We left early so can't comment on breakfast.
The recreation facilities were good and kept kids entertained (only stayed 1 night). Rooms were good and clean, bed was huge!

Nothing really, place is basic, clean and all you need for a sleep, somewhat dated, but again, clean.
