We were on the fourth floor and required the lift to vacate. On our day of check out lift maintainence was being carried out at 0900hrs preventing us from using the lift. This sort of thing needs to be carried out at a time so as not to disrupt guest travel plans.

cold pool, noisy , smelly diesel leaf blower

Beautiful tropical garden and giant gums entwined in the decking make ot very private, an old gem, but just lovely, we were on ground level, pool is a bit cool, but great to refresh after sunbake, loved it, would definitely go back!

Beds were a bit small as my husband is tall. Weather Could’ve stayed longer, but we run out of time

Everything, location, friendly helpful staff, cleanest tidy facilities and rooms were comfortable. Very nice would recommend and stay again. Nice area for the kids to swim and for the parents to also sit and be able to see the kids in pool or spa.

The second “bedroom” for an adult is awkward in that the bed is too big for the area, making it very difficult to get in/out of and make. It is not a full bedroom in that you close sliding bi-fold smoked glass windows and a door to close it off from the main bedroom to give you some level of privacy. I think two single beds (or at the very least just a double bed) might be better in this space rather than a bigger bed. The kitchen had an odd assortment of plates and barely any bowls. Made eating cereal interesting! The placement of the lift was quite interesting given its positioning to the main desk. I felt for those whose rooms were above reception who had to walk all the way down the corridor to access the lift, then all the way back to their rooms. The pool was FREEZING (in August) while the ocean was quite pleasant.

Fabulously located in Palm Cove, a short walk from the beach. A convenience store across the road, and good restaurants (and the tavern) within walking distance. The pool is massive and spa big enough to enjoy with a group of friends. We used the bbq down in the pool area and it was beautifully clean. The apartment itself was roomy, with a lovely balcony with comfy furniture. The common areas in the resort are well maintained.

We stayed at the resort 6 years ago and the apartment was quite modern and comfortable. We had a different apartment this time and it was a bit outdated. Some of the area could have been cleaner. We walked in and the fridge door was open and there was a puddle of water on the floor. The range hood filters have probably never been cleaned. The furniture was stained and outdated, not very comfortable, except for the main bed.

The facilities were great, swimming pool is amazing and BBQ. The outside area is kept quite clean. The location is fantastic, close to restaurants and shops.

Bedding not comfortable, no ice tray in freezer,insufficient tea coffee etc for 5 day stay

Unfortunately had 2 disturbances at night. One when alarm woke us up for an emergency and we were told to evacuate immediately and another when people decided to take a spa at 3.20 in the morning and were yelling

The folded sheet and blanket arrangement on the bed meant by day three I was in a tangled mess. Would have preferred a doona.

Need to have reception available for a longer period of the day. Building and rooms need some maintenance.

On arrival staff member was not able to direct us to the nearest supermarket or bottle shop. Or where to get bus to shopping centre. Sent us in complete wrong direction. Would have thought should be an easy request. Wasted a lot of holiday hours .

I would suggest a better colour scheme in the halls ways. The two tone walls makes it feel like a hospital .

Rooms are a bit tired looking, could do with a refresh. Pools were a bit cool but kids still enjoyed.

The pool could’ve been warmer, it was very very cold. The bed as a little uncomfortable.

The amenities and the whole property was very well kept and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The decor of rooms is tired somewhat but loved having two double beds and two bathrooms with excellent hot water.

The first room we were shown into was below expectations. It was on road side, very unattractive view and smelt as though smokers had been there. We went and spoke to the wonderful Fiona and she immediately offered two alternatives. We ended up with a lovely view of pool area and were very happy. Fionna was outstandingly helpful and kind to us during our stay at Palm Cove -truly went above and beyond!

Room furnishings looking a bit worn and old including carpet.

Pool area was amazing, plenty of space and sun loungers. Pool cleaned every day and area always clean and tidy. View from balcony over pool was excellent. Great location, easy walk to beach and all restaurants. Convenience store across the road and also lovely 20 minute bush walk to Coles supermarket.
