The malfunction of the emergency alarm at 6am ! The smell of Cigarettes thru our building. Our room a bit of a hike to the pool So ask to book near the pool. No exhaust fan in the bathroom so it's a hot box. Some pool towels would be good And somewhere to dry things? As using the dryer created more heat In the bathroom!

The location near Palm Tunnel, The pool and spa And grounds beautiful. Our room had all we needed with a balcony in the palms. Staff helpful and friendly. Great value . Loved the little dishwasher!

The apartment facilities was very minimal. If you like to cook then you will not have much to work with. There wasn’t even a salad bowl in the apartment. The bath towels are pretty old and the tea towel was the saddest I have ever seen. I ended up using one of my own towels in the kitchen. Overall it is kind of dated.

The location is great and the pool is really nice. The staff are really nice and welcoming and I appreciated their help booking trips etc..

Bathroom was a bit dated. Shower had no shelf for soap, shampoo etc which was very annoying.

Spa was out of order and only repaired the day before we left. Lighting was not working at BBQ area.

Pool and surrounds were amazing. Beds were very comfortable and it was great to have washing machine and dryer in our studio apartment.

Spa was not working, BBQ Lights were not working, Lifts were not working so used another lift which was 1km far from room to car park. First day there was a under water pipe broken so no water for whole day.

The lounge on balcony uncomfortable. And unfortunately the lift was out of action in our area. Maybe an oven dish/ microwave dish would be helpful. And basic condiments eg salt/ pepper would be appreciated.

The apartment was roomy and had a pool view. Sound proof balcony door was good. Very clean and staff very nice and friendly.

apartments were great- we had an after hours check in which we thought would be easy- code given was incorrect we had to call after hours number at midnight which was inconvience... no apology given..... when we swam in the pool 2 days later we were questioned if we were guests and had to give identification(this was by same lady that had to come down at midnight to help us) take this out of the equation eveything else was perfect!!

the shower over the bath was a bit out dated and there were a few dead cockroaches around the bottoms of the blinds. Wish the spa was working though. Staff were a little unpleasant.

fire alarms went off at 3.30am and had to evacuate the room. it was a false alarm however.

The complex looked tired,outdoor furniture, pool lounges need replacing very old worn out,was told by a resident the spa has not worked for 12 months the room needs a paint,if not for the pool it would rate 3.5stars.

Minimum bathroom supplies and having to pay extra for toilet paper, bedding was a queen but the two singles underneath with a padding on top kept moving and was super irritating having to fix every day.

The lovely lady that checked us in was so friendly and welcoming. Large pool, close to beach, restaurants and bus stops.

nothing we didn’t like

very centrally located. we stayed in the split level apartment and it was really big with 3 enormous terrace just for us. kitchen that we didn’t use is well fitted. Bed very comfortable. washing machine was a bonus. The pool is fabulous and as the resort was quiet we had it almost to ourselves.

The main bed was very uncomfortable, there was a horrible smell around the pool and on our level which progressively got worse, lacks a cafe or bar around the pool area.

The location was nice, the room was a good layout, the staff were lovely, the pool was nice.

The only downside is that you can’t really swim at the beach (Palm cove beach) - no clear waters so we only had the pool option (luckily). Not to be picky but the pool would be dirty sometimes with leaves etc (but due to being surrounded by trees and plants). Overall really loved it and would recommend for how reasonably priced it was!

Such a comfortable stay! We had the studio - just two of us and we felt super comfortable and it fit us perfectly. The location was so convenient with the beach right next to us, plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from (although $$).
