Door wasn't very soundproof as you could hear people in the hallway but couldn't hear much noise from outside the building

There was so much water clean up from having a shower. The TV wasn't already connected to the internet/WiFi. There was no iron and iron board in the room, and the bathroom taps would leak when you turn them on. The early department was subject to the availability of staff, and in the future, to consider a drop box for the key (card) option for those who need to leave early.

The building was beautiful, and the location was great. Friendly staff, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Appreciated the quick return on the bond.

My husband and I stayed for one night at this hotel. The staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming. This place had this air of calmness. The room was large, clean and comfortable..it is within walking distance to the bustling st Kilda beach. I would highly recommend it and would also love to have a massage there next time.

Wow, super spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. We had a very pleasant overnight stay and had a good rest in-between long drives. The bathroom was amazing!

Initially I was reluctant to book due to one star review BUT any doubts were allayed as soon as I entered and I was instantly greeted by the attentive staff and the decor is just so inviting and warm. Every inch of the accommodation was spotless and clean and you can tell the owner has put so much love into the place to make your stay feel extra special! The massage experience offered is so unique and convenient too. It was perfect to relieve some stress after a long day. Overall one of the best experiences I've had and will definitely be back for a longer stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing experience, perfect for a little relaxing getaway!

There was a toothbrush in the shower that someone had left there so the shower had not been cleaned properly. There was no milk to have a cup of tea and reception was poorly staffed. When I rang them they said someone would be there in 10-15 minutes but after 30 minutes we decided to just give up thoughts of having a morning cuppa. We left shortly afterwards. Would not stay again.

Single glazed windows with daylight showing through when they were shut, or locked down due to paint sticking. Very poor presentation in these areas. No standard tea bags e.g. English breakfast or early grey. No milk. Was breakfast included? There was some instant noodles in the room. Was this breakfast, was it free. I could not tell. Was not really worth me paying less $$ to be out here as the cost of getting into town nullified this. I was expecting a better experience for my trouble, but that did not eventuate. When taking a shower water leaked across the floor, soaking the bath mat. Room was cold on arrival. Sure it heated up once I used the heat pump, but this just points to cold coming in through closed windows/poor insulation etc.

the theme was nice. The reception area was pleasing. Coffee machine appreciated.
