Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The bathroom is in the middle of the room and separates the two beds. I liked this as it gave privacy and the feel of having 2 bedrooms. The view from the patio is spectacular. With a book, nice cup of tea (or something long and cold) I could have spent a very pleasant hour or so outside. The room was very clean and suited our needs perfectly. There was parking right outside the door

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and had a pleasant outlook. The patio had two chairs, but no table. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom worked well. We appreciated having the shopping centre just across the road.

AustraliaToaster was disgusting coated with gunk and burnt food. Teacloth was stained as if with bleach and brown marks. Washing up cloth - Chux - looked as if it had been used beyond its Use By Date and was so old it might well have been used to clean the handbasin or toilet. No staff on premises to ask for clean cloths and teatowel or a toaster that was hygienically useable. We had barely arrived when we were greeted by loud booming 60’s music that echoed around the complex. Someone was obviously enjoying themselves but it certainly wasn’t us or our neighbours! Hot tap in bathroom very hard to turn off and several times we thought we’d turned it off only to discover it was still running.
Nice comfy bed, good sized room. Great pressure in shower.

AustraliaThe room doesn’t get attended to during your stay. Obviously not the end of the world but hotel towels are never that absorbent, so having to reuse a wet towel is never a good time. The room also only had a set of towels for 1 guest, not sure if I incorrectly entered how many guests were staying (was myself and partner).
Great location and very ideal for our stay as we were attending a wedding @ Tiona Palms. 24/7 check in available, which is a great service. Shopping complex within walking distance, always a plus. I believe value for money on our visit was appropriate and size of room was generous. Staff seemed friendly from our short interactions
