Excellent view of the water from the bedroom and balcony. Lovely swimming pool. Very clean and well furnished room. Great breakfast of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal and pastries in the morning. Simple and clear check in process!

Was slightly noisy at times with the house above us, not a lot you can do about it though.

We came away for one night for our wedding anniversary, it was a beautiful place with stunning views and excellent hospitality! The bed was super comfortable and being 37 weeks pregnant I felt very much relaxed and well rested.

Karen went above and beyond for us during our stay. We had a very early start and Karen was up and had our breakfast ready for us for 6.30. The breakfast was delicious.

Karren and Steve were amazing. So helpful and helped us with our holiday. The room was very spacious and had every thing we needed for the week. Breakfast was amazing and on time every day. The view was stunning, the hill is great for exercise, we walked that hill 2-3 times a day and legs are way more toned now LOL

Nothing really to say....I guess at a stretch some blockout curtains could b a nice idea for the east facing window where the sun would come through the cracks around the blinds in the morning. But that's just our personal preference; curtains or not we will be back and recommend to our friends and family

The location was supurb, quiet and peaceful but a short walk to everything. Amazing views, beautiful pool. Friendly hosts. All the amenities you could need. Lovely breakfast each day, so nice not having to think about where we would go to eat. Would highly recommend. Plan on making it our regular whenever we come to Airlie Beach.

Didn't meet the owners the whole 3 days we were there. Would have liked to have said hello but also didn't want to intrude.

The B&B has a family living above so privacy was hard at times as their family or friends would visit at times.

Mostly private pool only shared with another couple. Easy to walk to town only a 10min walk to get to Woolworths.

Both owners need some customer service training, not once did they thank us for choosing to stay in their apartment. Is was quite noisy in our bedroom because we were below the owners residence and they sounded like elephants above us.

When we booked we must have misunderstood the type of property and/or it wasn’t clear that there was a common area for the deck and common area right outside our door. It felt more like living in someone’s home vs a hotel. There was a lack of privacy when it came to noise and we could hear others and we were worried others could hear us. I needed to take a couple of work video calls and was worried everyone would be able to hear me through the walls. This might work for others but wasn’t what met our needs. We might have misread the details but it felt more like a bead and breakfast type situation only there was no breakfast offered. Overall it wasn’t what we were expecting. Shower spray was too strong and shower was small and we kept turning off the hot/cold lever by accident with our body.
