Some of the features need to be updated like the shower door, hot and cold taps were reversed in the shower so I waited a while for the hot water to come through, only to realize that I hadn’t put on the hot water. When I did put the hot water tap on it was instantly hot. One of the other things I didn’t like was there was only a block out curtain that went across the sliding door opening. So when I entered the room, I had to close the main curtain when a sheer curtain would have allowed for natural light to come through whilst maintains privacy. Apart from that a good basic room.

Very last minute booking. Spacious room:37. Off the street so couldn’t hear anything. Not the finest of furnishings but what was there was very clean and usable. In saying this would have to be the best shower I’ve ever had in a motel. Great water pressure even if the cold and the hot tap were reversed! Parking was straight outside the room door with and sliding door that opened very wide.

The bed, the cold shower because there was no hot water, the cold room because the heating element of the reverse cycle AC was not working. In Winter in Toowoomba these make a huge difference to a review.

No hand towel supplied for the bathroom - we had to go out and buy one for ourselves. Also, no hooks for clothes in the bathroom area. The only towel rail was in the toilet cubicle. No soap dish in shower cubicle.

The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of available pillows, which are a must for us. Great to see good-sized mugs for coffee! And the air conditioner unit was efficient and very quiet.

The floor wasn't carpeted and therefore was cold with the cooler weather. The main problem was the overwhelming smell of chemical cleaners/air deodoriser which didn't disappear despite leaving windows open during a chilly night and having the door open during the day as much as possible. These (cheap?) chemical fragrances are a health hazard, especially when too much is used!! The staff were excellent when addressing my concerns. Really superb customer service.

The staff were amazing. The kitchenette was well supplied. The room and bathroom were clean. There was undercover parking just outside the door.
