Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The King bed in our room was too soft and saggy and needed replacing which I have brought to the Management's attention. The additional single bed in the room was very comfortable.
Great motel located in Jindabyne for our two night stay to catch up with friends. The included breakfast (cereals, toast, fruit, yoghurt, coffee/tea) was perfect and was situated in a nice breakfast room with a great view. The motel was clean, nicely decorated and had great facilities if you were staying longer (ie self use kitchen, laundry facilities). The motel also hosts yoga classes which unfortunately we did not have the time to join. Overall a great stay.

The only issue is that the toilet pan is installed too close to the cistern so a gentleman has to hold the seat up while trying to urinate standing up.
Room was neat and clean with great facilities. Guest kitchen was a life saver. Including breakfast was great value

Well done to all the team at the Jindy Inn. Their efforts have given the Jindy Inn such a great welcoming feel. Added bonus of on-site Yoga & treats like massage. All within close proximity of the town.

Having EV chargers is great. But the flat fee of $25 is a bit excessive, especially when we only need a top up. The fridge is good to have, but is a bit small when full of mini bar items. The cabinet encloses the fridge, so without ventilation it gets hot, works extra hard, makes more noise and is probably a fire hazard. A microwave oven would be helpful.
Having EV chargers is great. Staff and premises were great. We'll be back.

The room was a beautiful space as was the reception area. The staff member that checked me in could not have been more helpful and lovely. I felt calm and relaxed the moment I stepped in. I didn't want to leave!

We were hoping to have a toaster and a plate and knife but understood that maybe things like these were not worth the hassle. It was lovely to have toast at breakfast.
Breakfast was amazing. We like a continental breakfast, we were more than happy with the selection and it was very comfortable and lovely and sunny where the tables were set. The staff were obliging and helpful and very pleasant.

Clean and comfy room with access to table and chairs outside and views of Lake Jindabyne. The luxurious bathroom products were a treat. A great location, close to restaurants and shops. The continental breakfast was included in the price and was just lovely.

Wouldn’t change a thing!
Everything! It was the best ‘budget’ accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. And I only use the term ‘budget’ because it was so exceptionally priced. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfortable and the little touches made it feel warm and welcoming. The artworks were fabulous and the hand and body wash was divine. The breakfast was great, homemade scrolls and mini muffins were a treat!
