Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Jacuzzi had lots of chemicals in it. Couldn’t find a breadboard in the kitchen.
Excellent location. Clean and well maintained. Gorgeous outdoor area with pool and jacuzzi.

Having to deal the first night with a disruptive neighbour at late night hours, playing loud her piano and drinking. It was challenging, especially when alcohol was involved and a barking dog.
It was a truly lovely accommodation located in a quiet residential area, within walking distance to shops and the beautiful beach. There was soda water and soft drinks in the fridge waiting for us, which was greatly appreciated after a plane and car ride. Everything necessary for the stay was provided, the kitchen was well-equipped with more than enough cups and plates. The interior was spotlessly clean, beautiful and cozy. Everything about this property went towards making our stay really enjoyable. Paul was exceptional, answered every question and even rang and provided all the necessary instructions for a smooth checking.

Too many doors and strange layout. Sleeping quarters felt cramped with main sliding door shut. Toilet was tiny. Shelf in shower too high.
The property was a bit quirky and had a Bali feel.

Not much to fault. If I was being picky, the pillows could be better.
Clean, large with good facilities and close to everything plus dog friendly.

It was all fine.
Very clean. In quiet location. Lovely outdoor patio with table and chairs. Our dog was able to come with us as the garden was enclosed.

The spa wasn't heating up automatically like it should have been but Paul told us how to override this and we got to use it which was nice.
The place was amazing and in such a great spot. The area was extremely quiet and it has a beautiful Balinese vibe. We loved everything about our stay here and also enjoyed the heated pool and having our own car space in a locked garage.

We had vehicle, so OK. Often we are in Noosa with no vehicle, so long uphill walk to transport - we are 'older '🤣

The spa was right outside the front door and incredibly noisy, but we figured out how to turn it off (push the big red button). Driveway is a bit of a scapefest if you own a sports car 😡
Nice big apartment in a quiet location, easy walk to Hastings Street and Noosa Junction. Kitchen was well equipped. Smart TV. Full laundry setup. Secure off street parking. Loads of room.

Great quiet location easy to find, Junction shops just down the road, secure parking for your car, fully self contained apartment. We were able to have our dog Moe with us and Paul was always quick to answer. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Thank you Paul

No cupboard to put any food in the kitchen. A broom to sweep also needed
Beautiful apartment. Loved being able to take my dog and have him stay with me. Loved the tranquil energy of the court yard especially at night when the lights were on
