Bed not the most comfy. Small TV. Kitchen lacking a few basics such as salt, pepper, oil.

Nice room, the staff were really accommodating and helpful, definitely went the extra mile for us.

Room could do with some maintenance eg : screen between bedroom & lounge has been removed, but still floor strip there which can be a tripping hazard. Room could do with a fresh paint job, water hammer on taps.

We noticed how much maintenance is required to repair the pool, which is beautiful to swim in but showing it’s age. There was a pump sound cutting in and out during the night - probably unique to the apartment we stayed in as there was no-one else staying close. These comments are all maintenance issues and this did not stop our enjoyment of the facility as a whole.

We liked the type of facility it provided. The rooms were very good and had everything we could have wanted in the kitchenette. The outdoor pool and recreation area was beautiful.

We were refused dinner. Were told we didn't make a reservation. I looked around at all the empty tables. We were served our drinks. We sat there for over an hour having some pricey drinks. No extra tables were filled. I booked this motel to actually eat there that night. Disappointed.

Overall pretty good. The pool furniture with a bit of an update as quite a few broken sun lounges. But just a minor thing.

Tv to small. Having to pay $50 to use the spa. $20-$25 would be accessible.

Allocated room 29 has a fitting toilet roll holder, which should have been noticed by housekeeping prior to arrival

It was a bit tired, the dishwasher was noisy & in the same room as the bed.

The resort looks like it needs a gerney wash starting from the front entry walls, through to the patio areas. Patios and tile flooring needs a spring clean, noticeable in bathroom. Painting around the pool area patio entrances.

The breakfast could better organised, eg there was no milk, no cold drinking water and some plates were not clean. The teabags were not easily accessible but were placed far away from the hot water and cups.

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area is beautiful. All the staff, including the staff in the breakfast area, were friendly and very helpful.

Staff wouldn’t allow more than two people in the restaurant at once, had to go on a waiting list. Underground parking is swarmed with birds and bird poo. Property seems to lack a little tlc

The ladies toilet in the middle of the pool was absolutely disgusting and didn’t get cleaned the whole time we were there and the girl running the restaurant was very rude with personality of a piece of grass

There were a lot of birds hanging around, and the back deck was covered in bird droppings from the beginning. It appeared that it wasn't cleaned before we got there.

The location was perfect. Having direct pool access from our balcony was ideal. The bed was really comfortable and plenty of room in the bathroom. Next time I would get the 1 bedroom apartment.

The TV in the main bedroom didn't work. Second day of our stay an emergency warning kept going off early in the morning waking us up twice. Minor things, but otherwise perfect stay.

Great location. Beautiful place to stay. Rained off and on during our stay was still a really good time!

Heated spa (advertised) was cold, air conditioner was noisy and not cold (so was the fan), old outdoor lounges with holes in them, old stained plastic cups to drink out of instead of glass, minimal cutlery and plates, colourful projected lights out at the spa area could be turned off at night as they flashed in our room all night. The price we paid for a swim up pool room it would have been nice to have pool towels in the room.

Agnes Water is a great place, close to 1770, easy walk to the beach.
