Room has all the basic facilities needed for me while we stopped for a night before continuing our drive to Melbourne. Staff were helpful and warm. Room was really clean.

No WiFi in rooms, only public areas. Asked 4 different team members and got 3 different answers about it... renovations, the thickness of the walls, the rain caused the outside system to flood and it costs money to fix. I got sick of asking after I was given 3 different wifi options and none of them worked unless I held my phone up to the bathroom window. I was there nearly 2 weeks. They offered a relocation or refund in an email but I had prebooked and all other options were booked out or really expensive but they never offered to move me again. They are still renovating, someone was climbing on the roof before 8am one morning. There were spiders in the room but that just got casual shrugs. The towels were old and had holes. I asked for new ones from a lovely man who I only spoke to once, he was super helpful and nice. Fixed a blown bulb for me as well, not sure when as I wasn't there when they did it and I just checked one night. But got really old towels when they cleaned again. Asked for my room to be made up early as I found hairs in the bed that weren't mine. As I stayed so long I was told they only make your room up after 7 days. But when they made it up again I didn't have the sign up asking for it to be cleaned, they just did it. I felt violated that someone had come into my room when I had personal items on display and cleaned around them. Especially as I had seem them smoking outside the rooms during cleaning. Cleaners also had portable speaker placed outside when they cleaned. Carpark needs signs saying hotel guests only as I would come back late and not be able to park in front of rooms due to pub patrons. I could hear when they left and they never returned. I didn't like the bed, found it really hard but part of the headboard was padded which was nice.

New renovations. They provide actual cutlery, bowls, small plates, glasses, and small mugs. Coffee machine but I don't drink coffee. Luggage rack was handy. Only one chair to sit in, no table like they used to have. Microwave was hard to plug in cos of where the socket is. Efficient a.c.. Water pressure good in shower but be careful of the door as it swings onto the wall. Fantastic location. Never heard noise from the pub, just cars in carpark. Teams members were friendly, had to ask for toilet paper and she was over in under 5 minutes. Loved the actual working window, was nice to have fresh air. Pretty soundproof rooms, sometimes could hear a tv but just turned mine on. People keep saying no bedside tables but they have little shelves to put stuff on. Bathroom a good size.

The doona was covered in coffee stains which my wife noticed in the morning . There was no WiFi in room, you had to go into hotel to use the WiFi

Easy early check in with very friendly and helpful staff. Family drove us around so can’t comment on public transport . Absolutely beautiful countryside. Great waterfalls and beaches

The wifi needs to be better, also a chair at the desk spot.

This place actually has a mini kitchen, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and coffee making machine. Not mentioned in the description. Comfortable beds, new refurbished, so up to date and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food in the club was also very good and you could get takeaway to your room.

The only negative was the bathroom had an unpleasent odour, but looked very clean, so I knew it wasn't from being dirty. Perhaps just a drainage problem
