We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was clean & warm & our bed was very comfortable, the shower was great too. We liked having our car just outside our room for easy access.

AustraliaRoom was good, but due to location had to have blinds drawn. Shared carport with large pub meant difficult to find a park. Hotel bar dining not suitable for children or women, staff and other patrons very rough. Certainly no "lake view", only suburbia.

AustraliaWe didn’t really enjoy our stay at Lakeview hotel motel, our room was located at the back of pub and we couldn’t park in front of our room, our parking was taken up by other cars. There was a big cockroach running around on the pillows and bed head, When we had dinner at the hotel on site the main bar manager was extremely rude, told us we had to leave as children where not allowed to sit in the area, that has away from the pub bar but in front of it, there was no signs indicating children couldn’t sit in that area. He the manger Didn’t try to find us another table or suggest that we could do take away! Didn’t even care if we were guests that were staying with them for accommodation. Would not likely go back

Typical pub tucker and beer very good value. Very noisy bistro as family popular feeds. Seperate block of rooms were clean, new bathroom. We left the room as clean as we found it.
