We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Perfect location for a quiet bayside stay. Foreshore on one side with cows and Cape Barron geese grazing in adjoining paddocks An older facility well managed and maintained. The office/shop is open every day for any queries or information We were in a one bed cabin

AustraliaThe unit overall wasn’t clean. Some surfaces were tacky to touch. The bed was ridiculous for the size of the room, literally shuffled sideways to get into the room. Bed topper made bed too soft and really the mattress had outlived its life. Appliances .. kettle was rusted and toaster had more breadcrumbs than a bakers floor. Lounge smelt . Outside the room was a type of spear pump that would run on and off all through the day and night. Unit door could not be locked and showed signs of being jimmies opened. Windows were filthy. Outside was basically a gravel pit.

Australia-the beach is terrible - a swamp. -the water stinks in the shower, the skin stinks after a shower for several hours. - the bird was beating on the window every morning starting at 6 a.m., the windows are dirty all the time. - there is rust on the kitchen knives.
