Bed was a bit low, making it slightly hard to get out in the morning. Felt the cost of the stay expensive for units in a paddock.

I didn’t realize there wasn’t a proper kitchenette to cook in (has microwave and toaster). my fault for not reading listing properly. a bbq on the deck would make a nice addition.

Close to the road which became quite noisy at times with heavy vehicle movement. It was more remote than I expected, with limited access to places to eat and drink. I didn't like the bed, the mattress was quite uncomfortable.

It was a pleasant location, the facilities were functional and met my needs. Perfect if you want somewhere remote to get away from things.

1 dining room chair, wobbly coffee table, 1 spoon, 1 dirty ashtray on the outside table and a pile of rubbish behind the cabin. Luckily we were only staying 1 night.

Great location after getting off the Spirit of Tasmania. Bed was comfortable and shower had heaps of hot water.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The place was tidy and very close to the You Yangs and Lara.

The bed is well and truly due for an update for the price you pay and it being sunken in the middle trying to climb out each time. Besides a sheet for the sofa bed there was no linen but the owner did offer to get some but we were sorted with our own sheet and blanket.

It was close to the ferry terminal for Spirit of Tasmania and lovely outlook.

Needed Proper clean, hard old mattress, broken showerhead, annoying constant clicking noise all night :( (posdibly from hot water system)

Location was safe, secure and a good run to Lara and 14 mins to the Spirit of Tasmania. Easy access and parking for 4WD and camper trailer.

Our room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. There was a lot of hair in the beds and mascara on the pillow, crumbs in the corners and spiderwebs. Kitchen wasn't well stocked and there were only two hooks to hang towels. Air conditioner was broken.

The gate way was hard to find at night time.

Was very convenient to visit family that live in Lara. Also the location of the units showed off the lovely paddocks to look at.

Dirty building,, curtains,bathroom floor,cobwebs around kitchen wares. etc. Insufficient overnight supplies. No parking signage..really hard to enter property with door lock. Owner in Japan. But owners mum came to the rescue with supplies.

The building wS fabulous but all finishing touches were missing. E.g 1 t.bag each, no milk, dirty couch, n curtains, n behind t.v, bathroom floor. ect ect one skinny pillow. Dirty air fryer. Owners Mum was lovely but accomodation very poor.

They need new cleaners. The place was not cleaned well, especially for the price we paid to stay there!

If there could be some disposable soap bars that would be helpful. Also beds in our cabin were not very clean, we do appreciate the owner came and provided us the substitute bed sheets but unfortunately I still found insects bites on my back the next day.

The owner is very quick response to all communications and requests. We arrived late and found everything well organized, warm room and soft couch also with smart TV. The cabin is private with plenty space outside for each tenant to enjoy the peaceful night watching the silver river. We actually didn't found any mountain view but excited for animal view, my kids were really enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

The surroundings were very bare. It would not be good in summer as there is no shade. I was very disappointed when I went to bed and saw someone's contact lens on the bedside table. Shower screen was not clean.
