AustraliaWe thought we would have a over to cook our dinner at night and it only had hot plates, the unit was very tiny for 4 adults in their eighties, also the glass tile window in the bathroom needs mould kill on it as it's is very mouldy and some of the tiles on the shower also are mouldy the grout is very discoloured due to mould. Also we had 12 stairs to get to the apartment, very difficult for elderly people.

AustraliaThe mattress in the room( apartment 8) needs replacing. Overly soft and sags badly in the middle. Very uncomfortable and disturbed sleep. Previous stays here the beds were fine.
Stayed here numerous times. Very good for the price. The studio room has everything you need especially if you wish to self cater. Stovetop, microwave, kitchen ware etc table and chairs, couch. Room is a decent size. Location and parking good. The room was exceptionally clean.

AustraliaNot disability friendly. Because of limited mobility due to a back injury, I had asked for a ground level room, but was allocated an upstairs one with no lift access. Staff were unable to resolve the issue and I felt that my concerns were not understood. As a consequence, I could only enter and leave the Unit once per day. Shower over bath was also a problem even though handrails were installed. Luckily, I do not rely on a wheelchair as access would have been impossible.
Spacious family Unit, well-appointed, two separate bedrooms, kitchen facilities were very good. Separate lounge/dining area was also good with a very comfortable sofa. The pay-as-you-go laundry facilities were very handy. Location was good but ingress to and egress from the property was difficult due to the large volume of passing traffic.

AustraliaThe noise from the Bike shop and cafe next to room 1 . These guys started at 0700am and proceeded to talk loudly for almost an hr before they left . Have stayed there before but room 1 can be noisey early in the morning because these bike riders gathering .
