Appeared to be newly refurbished, and I was very impressed by the cleanliness, and high standard of the room. The bed was the most comfortable I've had at this level of accommodation (and better than many of supposedly higher standard).

Older style property which has been extensively renovated with new floors ,bathrooms,freshly painted plus comfortable beds. Check in was seamless. Very close to the local club and short walk to the passage.

Just a suggestion that the bathroom would have heating as it was cold air coming out of the exhaust.

The property was very clean, beds were comfortable, friendly staff, accessible to shops and leisure activities in nearby towns.

Perhaps you can hear noise from other rooms, but it is beyond your control.

The accommodation is very clean, spacious, and lovely, and there are no issues with check-in or check-out. Great location. It's conveniently located near everything we've visited. We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely go back and bring our families and friends, as well as maybe bring out the boat next time. The host, Jason, always communicates with us, extends assistance when needed, and is always available to help.

The property is immaculate from the common garden area to the rooms themselves. Recently updated, the bathroom was lovely with amazing water pressure and the hottest of hot water. Even my 6’5 hubby fit easily under the shower, which is always usually an issue. The fact that it is directly next door to Lemon Tree passage Bowling club, is an added bonus. A huge club which was ideal for a few beverages and had a fabulous meal in the bistro. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will recommend to all my family and friends!!!

Living area was smallish, but it didn't really matter for our group.

Very clean, friendly helpful staff. Easy check-in and checkout. Proximity to local bowling cub for dinner was added bonus, especially since it was pouring with rain for most of our visit. Just a short walk to the Poyers restaurant and waterfront.

It would have been a real bonus to have free access to Kayo.

We didn't include breakfast in our booking. However, the tea/coffee/biscuit provisions were good. The location, next to the Lemon Tree Passage Bowling Club, our venue for the evening, was perfect! Everything in our room and the bathroom was neat, tidy and well presented and the overall living area was spacious. The prior arrangement for our key was easy to follow. We'll done to the proprietors.

Lemon Tree Passage Motel was a great spot for our night stay. We had a wedding at Tanilba bay House and it was a perfect location. Rooms have been renovated, nice and clean everything you need and a comfy bed.
