Receptionist questioned my seeing eye dog. I had to produce my licence myself but she told employers she had to ask for it. She kept calling him a pet despite multiple explanations….and was reluctant to accept us despite having a booking. The rooms were stinking of cigarette smoke and an ash tray on the balcony despite a no smoking sign. The room was clean but tired the bed cheap not overly comfortable Sheets were very clean if I’m to find something positive. I guess reception just left me feeling down and when I wrote to management they said she was just doing her job and dismissed me.

It’s quite old and there’s a lot of noise from traffic. I accidentally made 2 bookings for the same 2 nights 2 weeks apart and no one called to check if there was a mistake and I had to pay $200 for the second booking. A phone call would have saved me $200.

Pubic hair in bed, greasy film left on skin after spa, $200 deposit as well as room cost take on the day but have to wait 3 business days

After finally checking in we went to room very clean on initial walk in however spa bath left a greasy film,pubic hair in bed, nothing special and still waiting for the deposit they spring on you at arrival

Loud noisy room right next to the major highway there is no way you can sleep next to trucks passing all night - I left after arriving 5mins in the room / owner kept my full booking for a room Unused - avoid this place if you value a good sleep

The motel did not service the rooms daily. Clean only if you stayed more than one week and towels were only changed after 4 nights.

Staff was abrupt and unfriendly upon initial contact. Loud and abusive fellow guests. Police called in the middle on for the to break up a domestic problem with neighbouring room.

The shower stall was disgusting it had been broken at some stage and “fixed” with silastic that had yellowed and was lumpy underfoot. it looked and felt unsanitary. There was also black mould growing under it and other silastic in the shower. There was a distinct smell of drains coming from the bathroom at times which led us to keep the bathroom door closed and keep the bath mat over the drain to stop the smell permeating our room. Too close to the M1 and it was very noisey. Heavy traffic including truck noise from early hours of the morning until late at night. Booked a balcony room but never used the balcony because it was just too noisey.

The hostess was very friendly as was the housekeeper and we really enjoyed the pool despite the road noise from the M1

The receptionist was quite rude and asked questions like she was in the CIA. Upon checkout we were told by the same receptionist that we had to do the dishes and they needed to be done in the toilet/bathroom sink in the apartment urrrghhhh! does that mean the dishes you eat off are done by the previous guests, in the toilet/bathroom, disgusting! The checkout list says the apartment needs to be in an appropriate state when we leave, there was no vaccuum and so when I asked for a vaccuum cleaner the recepetionist told me that the cleaners do the vaccuuming, when I said does that cost me extra she said yes, I told her about the option to leave the apartment in good condition, she gave us a vacuum, I dont think this is right! It was the worst experience we have had!! Never again!!

I didn't make it back to my room due to a family celebration. So I paid all this money basically to store my luggage in the room I was meant to sleep in.

I had to pay a $150 bond for the room that was supposed to be paid to my account on checkout 2 days later I still have not received refund, also the photos that I saw when booked were TOTALLY different to what I recieved

it was dusty, my bed ahead had dust and the bed also had dust, the bench where the kettle and microwave was, was sticky, the shower had mould and I had to clean it myself, the carpet had a terrible smell and they allow people to smoke in the balcony, so disgusting.

Dark Brick walls,gloomy.glad it was winter as pool was 10 steps from our back door. It is aging.i couldn't find power outlet for toaster or jug except at bedside tables. No bedside lamps so if one wanted to read and other didn't a long tube light above the bed was the only option

I did not like that when I called the hotel at around 7 PM to tell them I was going to be arriving later I found reception was closed. The machine answer when I called simply said reception is closed, we will reopen at 8 AM tomorrow, please call back then. As a result I found it necessary to find alternative accomodations. Since I was driving I did not have access to email, and the next day there was an email about some way to arrange for a key pick up. Had the dumb people simply called me, I would have known and not spent money for two hotel rooms. Secure booking. com is equally responsible and I will never use them again

I felt very Isolated it’s away from everything and without a car it was very difficult to get to the simplest places. The nearest coffee shop you had to walk a distance.

I felt very safe and very comfortable and it was very clean and the Lady in reception was very helpful to me.
