The beds were really very uncomfortable, and on wheels that didn't lock, so the bed moved around with every movement. For the price, a king sized bed would be more appropriate. The couches were not comfortable at all. We could not sit there for long.

Great location, huge open space and fully self contained unit. Loved the balcony over Queen St. Easy after hours checkin process. Very quiet stay, considering it was so close to the hustle of the mall.

Improved furnitures from previously, facilities are all there when you need. Location is second to none. Parking is secured and well organised. Wifi is superb fast, and is room individualised.

The dryer did not work, the door latch was broken so would not work if it wasnt held shut. The cleaners did not empty the draws from previous tenants and the air con in the main room did not work properly.

The location was excellent and secure parking for an additional price was available.

The second bedroom did not have a window but was still very comfortable. The supply of cutlery, crockery etc was bare minimum.

The location was excellent, right in the centre of Brisbane. We had all the facilities right on hand ie supermarket, restaurants, public transport.

The room we had looked straight into an office block and as there was filter curtains we had to keep the heavy curtains shut to the office workers looking straight into the apartment, preventing any natural light in the bedroom and lounge room. A problem that could be reduced by appropriate curtains.

Location was very central and an easy walk to south bank and west end.

A bit tricky to get in after hours (an email has been sent with a door code, but I could not access it as I had no wi-fi). Sorted by a phone call eventually.

Location was very central. No housekeeping for a four night stay (which was ok for us), desk only manned part time, but able to leave suitcases after check out. Apartment well stocked with plates/ equipment. Beds comfortable.

I wouldn't say I liked that the kitchen did not have a solid heating stove to cook food better and that one bathroom had a bathtub with no jacuzzi like the one in the master bathroom. The WIFI is not very strong and when you go inside your bedroom, the bedroom would not have any WIFI, the same applies to the office. The bed is a bit hard and a bit uncomfortable to sleep

I like that there is a lot of open space for me to walk around the room and many amenities in the apartment. The apartment also includes a jacuzzi in the bathtubs and very strong water. The location is in the CBD so you can access major shopping malls and shops in the city.

It is a bit stale though and facilities are basic, similar to a motel. There is no after-hour service desk. The apartment is on level 1 and the view from window is actually blocked by the building. Feel it is overpriced.

The pillows were a bit old and very flat. Had to use the decorative cushions to prop them up.

Great central location. Easy walk to Eagle St Pier and shops. Having Woolworths underneath is great. Spacious apartments that are well equipped.

great location, close to everything and within walking distance. Love having a kitchen. Bathroom was generous. Parking was close unless the shopping centre next door is closed.

I did not like the fact we were not told the pool would be closed. I also did not like the beds which were very uncomfortable and were on castors with no break so the beds moved around a lot.
