We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A stunning location of this well equipped apartment. It was so welcoming to arrive after dark into our room, which was well air conditioned and in pristine condition. The rooms were very quiet. There was everything there that we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Units are very long and narrow. The pool area is tiny with very little lounge space.

Some additional maintenance could have been done such as outside painting, but I suppose that is on a maintenance plan.
The unit was large and very generous, with access to a BBQ area and lovely pool. The views were excellent.

Obviously an old complex, but seemed that apartment had recently been painted. However, with age other utilities begin to show their age. Regardless good apartment for the price.

The pool setting and approach up numerous steps was awkward and unattractive
View of the sea was wonderful. Lovely well appointed rooms tastefully decorated. Comfy beds. Clean and fresh bathrooms. Central to all the shops cafes and the beach.

If I had to name anything it's nothing big, the queen bed was not as comfortable, and a choice of flatter pillows would have been nice :-)
So close to all shops, beaches, restaurants. Quiet in the room even though we were on the main esplanade. The lovely deck outside had a beautiful sea view and was so cool with the sea breeze coming in.

I was grateful to have a spare carpark for 2 of the 3 nights. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and it was lovely to walk in with the aircon already going! Great location as well. Thank you very much

The unit is air conditioned nicely, but the air conditioning doesn't quite reach the end bedrooms. This is only an issue if you like to sleep in a cool room at night. The rooms have ceiling fans. We still had a good sleep.
The apartment we stayed was well presented, lovely & clean, had comfy beds, excellent location & great view. Had everything we needed for our little vacay. Reception lady was lovely & welcoming. Overall we had a really enjoyable stay.

Unfortunately room was meant to have roof top spa was not in service as pump missing . Management were very apologetic but still we were disappointed..Room discounted to price of other rooftop room which was refunded back to booking
Location was fantastic. Centre of town on foreshore. Nye fireworks out front watched from balcony and rooftop location big plus Good morning sun on balcony Kitchen well equipped

Amazing location and lovely view - big apartment, the place was a bit older than what we would usually stay in but it was super clean, tidy and lovely decor, the balcony was incredible with the views, location is right in the hub, the owner was wonderful and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone

The air fresheners were suffocating, especially the strong chemicals used to mop the floors and clean the lift each morning. We were almost unable to breathe when entering these zones. We also found the main bedroom quite hot as the air conditioning doesn't reach that far.

The property is a little run down from last visit and amenities were only given for day one and we had a letter to go to nearby shops for more amenities

We have a few rental properties ourselves, so the following is from experience… It is a renovated unit, which is fine, but perhaps the inside of the kitchen cupboards now need a paint as it looks very dated when you open the cupboards. Bathrooms have been renovated nicely, but there was no shelf or ledge in either shower to put soap/razor on. Perhaps even one of those suction shelves would have been helpful. We understand you’re not going to get top class crockery/cutlery but at lot of the items were beyond vintage. So in conclusion a small spend at K Mart would elevate the unit considerably
Great location in the heart of Mooloolaba. Fantastic balcony views.
