AustraliaVery out of date amenities (bathrooms very tired and wardrobes doors not closing properly). No lift so had to lug 3 large bags up 3 flights of stairs. Clean beds etc but didn't look to have been dusted in a really long time. No air conditioning in main living/kitchen/dining areas. Overpriced for what it is.
It was close to cafes, restaurants and shops etc. We arrived early and were able to collect the keys which saved us waiting around for hours.

AustraliaWe were told via your booking.com advertisement that the unit was air conditioned however there was no air conditioning in the family/kitchen and main bedroom so it was not as your advertisement described. If we had known this prior we would not have booked. It was difficult to get in contact with Booking.com and even Holiday Moolooloba tried with no success.
The layout of the unit was spacious and close to the centre of Moolooloba.

AustraliaDishasher door did not lock/close so we were unable to utilise. Minor inconvenience. Sliding door to balcony was jamming/very heavy to open which was difficult for my elderly mother.
One of the best/easiest check in & check out processes I have experienced in my travels. Highly rate the accommodation, considering re-booking whan I next go to Mooloolaba whhich is regularly.

AustraliaThere was no lift, just flights of stairs which was hard to handle when we had all our luggage and food for our family of 6 including a baby. And the Master room and living areas had no aircond, just the 2 spare rooms which was great for the kids, but we froze our butts off as their was no carpets to create any warmth.
The hotel was close to everything including the beach and a lot of cafes and local restaurants. The unit and kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and helped make our stay very accommodating.

AustraliaThe whole unit could do with a revamp. The furniture is very cheap and shows signs of wear and tear. Not comfortable at all. The mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable for me. The window sills all have what looks like mould on them. The ceiling fans in most rooms barely work. The curtains in the lounge/dining area do not cover the windows properly and the blinds in 2 bedrooms do nothing to block the light out. Bathrooms are all showing their age. The cutlery and plates etc are a mish mash from the local op-shop. But after saying all this the unit felt clean other than the window sills.
Location was very good but noisy.

AustraliaThe bookings.com website advertises air conditioning but does not specify that it is only available in bed #2 and bed #3. There is NO air conditioning in the main bedroom or the living areas. Only ceiling fans and a dehumidifier. It was terrible and we didn't even use the main bedroom. As a family of 6, we had to sleep in the 2 bedrooms so we could sleep at night. It was very disappointing we couldn't relax in the living room after coming back after a day out as the apartment was very hot and humid.
Location awesome! So close to the beach and main street. The apartment came with its own garage, which was great. The pool area was fine. There is a BBQ in there, and it is nice to have it available after a day at the beach. All the beds were comfortable. The washing machine and dryer were good. A clothes rack is also available.The kitchen was fine and had all the basic utensils, fry pans, etc. The 2 bathrooms were dated but ok. Having 2 toilets was great.

AustraliaThe place was dirty, cockroaches and dust everywhere . Dirty dishes left in the draws, nothing is cleaned. The wifi doesn’t work enough to send an email and on 8 degree nights there is no heating and there are no warm blankets and only thin mink blankets with a sheet which appears to be a common issue in regards to temperatures dating back years if you read other reviews.
