The breakfast was not value for money at all and was a total disappointment. We were looking forward to a good spread but only cereals and bread with basic condiments, milk and some drinks and some whole fruits were served.

Room is clean and bed comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is available in the property and near to City Centre, but the shops there closed early! Luckily there is a popular supermarket across the street from property.

Noise from slamming car doors and neighbour snoring. Nowhere convenient to hang towel next to basin. Nowhere to put soap and shampoo in the shower. I hurt my head on the little shelf above the bed. The fridge opens against the wall. Very unconvenient. Food was very ordinary.

Great convenient location to town and also to the main road for travel to local towns. New renovated room was just a great perk. They also have a fantastic continental breakfast available now which is super convenient. The value for money is great and easy check in and out plus the coded doors is awesome too.

The location was perfect, right in town and walking distance to everything. I love the retro feel to the building. The rooms were clean and a good size for a trip with two children and myself. The breakfast that was included was simple but delicious. The staff were also happy and helpful.

We got no sleep. The room was not what I paid for. It looks nothing like the photos. Police had to keep coming all night. Management was rude each time we had to call her, due to some guy hanging around our room & car all night going off & with a weapon. I would like a full refund. It was absolutely disgusting & I wouldn't recommend it to anyone travelling through.. Especially when you get no sleep and feel unsafe all night. We got in at 9.30pm, extremely tired. Then, no late check out, as asked when booked. Then we are expected to get on an 8 hour drive with no sleep... So, endanger our lives and others. I think not... I had to have breakfast in town and then pull over and have a sleep at a " P Stop " Management was not professional at all. It was an inconvenience to have called her 3 or 4 time's.... She'd just hang up after we'd told her what was going on...

The Booking.com website states some facilities which are not available. To be fair - The hotel's own website does not state the missing facilities are there. There is no hairdryer available which my wife was disappointed by as she would've brought her own. The linen provided is not up to standard. 2 bath towels and one bath mat. There is no hand towel or face washer which should be standard. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The restaurant is not open and has not been for some time. For the high surcharged price paid during the motocross event, we would've expected the facilities to be up to a better standard in a Deluxe King Suite.

The room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Access to the rooms was easy with the electronic doors. No need for an access card or key.

We think $200 bond is way too steep considering the level of motel. The light under the headboard didn't work. The empty soap dispenser on the wall in the shower should be removed.

There was shower screen and the whole bathroom floor got wet after showering creating a slip hazard. Also, there was no lock on the bathroom door. Value for money was poor.
