no restaurant and limited choice in “bar food”. reception and room service staff would not answer phone “because they were busy” or so they said when i eventually gave up and fronted the reception desk.

Bed was like sleeping on cement we both woke (if you can say woke as couldnt get much sleep) aching and exhausted :( a comfy bed for a good night sleep out weighs everything except cleanliness and probly wont stay there again solely due to bed. Other thing on level one the hallway carpet is pretty gross, i was worried on the way to the room what the room would be like but room was very clean, hallway carpet needs a super duper stain clean as it really let the rest of the place down

Staff on the Saturday afternoon were not really pleasant and made it feel like it was rushed.

found the property not cleaned properly, found cigarette butt under vanity in bathroom , was not happy , we are non smokers . asked cleaner to clean & was happy too. also the bedspread sheet had stains on it! was not happy , so ask maid to change bedding . the shower leaking water onto floor , so when you got out to stand on mat , it was already saturated. the T.V in the bedroom didn’t work properly, you turn it on & 5 min later it turns itself off. made this aware to reception said they would come & have a look but no one did. so could relax & watch a movie . for the 4 1/2 stars it says it is , was def not . maybe 2.

The size is way to small and no fresh air. The fridge kept freezing all our food and a mircowave would of been handy. Bed was comfy and room was really clean 😁

Pillows were the worst pillows I’ve ever had at a hotel. Bed was uncomfortable. Staff weren’t accommodating.

I was called and requested full payment before our arrival. Most hotels we have been in we pay upon arrival. Room Keys did not work, had to call reception. Requested extra towels, was told we have to pick them up our selves. We were charged for a dinner or something we did not even have. Was expecting a bath in the room. Was no mention to not having one. The deposit was not paid back until after x8 days and that's after I call the reception. No information of what is offered, spa, gym etc.

The cleaner did not clean bathroom properly on second day. There was not enough towels for two people. The cleaner did not wash the glasses which were left in the room. There was not any cold drink or water in the fridge and the fridge was very small.

it was strange the room was clean and reception area was clean. but everything in between was filthy.. I think it’s probably great for an overnighter on your travels but not for your girlfriends bday away ( I made the mistake of not realizing it was part of a football club ) I also think the pricing was a bit high for its standards.
