Nothing it was perfect

This place was more than words can say . My view was beachside and waking up every morning watching whales was just beautiful. We stayed for 5 days and everything was accessible from Woolworths to restaurants to cruises on the river . SeaWorld was only a few minutes up the road and trams were constant so you could travel around . The staff were so friendly as well . 10 out of 10 stay and recommend anyone to stay .

the bed was REALLY uncomfortable.. you need to buy a new mattress urgently. The aircon in the bedroom didnt work.. we had to keep the doors to the loungers area open so we got a bit of cool air in the bedroom. Parking was a bit of a nightmare. all our allocated spaces were taken so we had to take a different spot, thats probably something you can't control though. but please get a new bed and fix the aircon!

The shower temperature would fluctuate while using it so would often get burned.

The views over the ocean and city are amazing! Loved being so central to all the restaurants and general down town area!

Staff were friendly but could improve when being approached with problems/queries/concerns. Our room had an odd lingering smell during duration of stay. Which they said they could do nothing about. No air freshener or nothing. We tried to air it out but still lingered. Besides that everything was perfect

Noisy neighbours on last night is our only complaint but well handled by reception.

Only one complaint. Before departing South Africa I sought clear instructions on how to obtain the keys on arrival at 10:30 pm. I did not want any problems after travelling for 30 hours. I was told not to worry and that clear instructions would be provided on arrival. On landing at Brisbane at 8 pm I called the number given and was told to ring the buzzer at the front door when I arrived at the property. The buzzer was defective, the number I had called earlier was answered and then the line dropped. Long story short, it took 45 minutes to obtain the keys and not what was needed after such a long journey. The staff were apologetic the next day and waived the car parking fee but it was still unwanted stress. I believe that the job of receiving late night arrivals is outsourced.

The location is very convenient for access to restaurants, shops, grocery stores and the beach. The apartments are well appointed and comfortable and the views to the hinterland are magnificent and much better than paying extra to face the sea.

Room with the sea view was a little noisy at night being so close to nightclubs.

Fantastic apartment, we had a sea and river view. Comfortable, clean, roomy, had everything we needed. Great location on Cavill Ave, Woolworths, shops and cafes right at your doorstep, tram close by.

The rooms were well furnished and was reasonably tidy upon our arrival. There was plentiful kitchen utensils and items for use. There was a great view from the balcony. Good facilities.

Property is great overall, although some things in the room we stayed in need attention, such as a leaking toilet tap, one sliding door doesn’t open smoothly & the fan in the bathroom doesn’t work.

Very well maintained and clean apartments. Loads of amenities both in mantra buildings, and outside. Great location. Pools are great and gym and games room is a bonus.

Very minor dislikes. The quilt had been put on the bed the wrong way, but we realised the second night why we were struggling for it to cover both of us. There was no washing liquid for the dishes. The lady that checked us in seemed as though we were an inconvenience as it was close to 9pm
